I had given the wrong directions for the firsts appointment, the employee did not have her phone that day so we could not give her correct directions. We ended up setting up a second appointment and all went well, very good job cleaning. Owner was very helpful and apologetic.

After arriving promptly, listened to our instructions and got right to work. Finished the job quickly and even went the extra mile. Would definately use them again.

The pros about this company are that they are professional and use more natural products that smell good. They also have a personal touch. The cons that I experienced were that they were a little inflexible when I wasn’t home one time and they are also inflexible about certain cleaning request.

Everything was great. We were very pleased with their work. The big deal offered three hours of cleaning, they didn’t finish the home in three hours, but they stayed extra time to finish the work.

She was prompt, polite, professional, and she worked quietly and diligently until completed.

It has turned out pretty well. They are consistent. They come on time. The house is clean when they are finished. They are pleasant to work with.

They do a wonderful job. They are very thorough. Donna has very high standards and so they really clean. They don?t just come through and do a once over. They use very high quality products. They are very pleasant. They love pets. I have dogs and the dogs don?t bother them. The dogs love them. What is different about Fairydust is that when I walk in my house after they have been here it smells clean, which is really wonderful. The price is per week.

The owner responded promptly to my call, which was rather last-minute...she was very organized and had a thorough process for determining what services were needed, getting all emergency contact information, etc. She let me know that one of her pet sitters would be providing the service and gave me the name and contact info for the sitter. When I returned I found the sitter left a note detailing her interaction with "Charley." My only problem with the service was that the sitter used up a large amount of "pill pockets" for treats even though there were several other kinds of treats available, though at least she did include that it in the note so I knew to go out and get more. Overall, everything was taken care of and "Charley" and the house were both in good shape when I got back.

It went very well. They are thorough and take care with what they did. When they first came and went through to see what I wanted, they took notes to check and make sure how it got done like I wanted it to. They charge a fair price. We have the same person come every week who is sweetheart.

Donna Brown, owner of Fairydust Services, came to our house to meet our cat and to discuss her pet sitting services. She is very professional, and I soon felt confident she could handle any emergency that might arise with the cat or the house while we were away. Best of all, our "shy" cat appeared almost immediately to make her aquaintance. All went well while we were gone, and we look forward to using Donna again as our cat-sitter.

How did it go, overall? Fantastic. I was impressed that the owner came to my house, and shared their mission statement and company philosophy with me, before any discussion of cost took place. My house is spotless after they visit, but better yet, I know it has been well taken care of, not just cleaned. It is comforting that they know my preferences and respect them. They also take care of my cats, even when they come only to clean. Their services are top notch, I am so glad I found the angels at FairyDust!!

We only met once and talked once on the phone. She came when she said she would and gave a professional presentation.

My husband and I found ourselves in need of a pet sitter on very short notice, leading me to contact and interview several potential companies. As a direct result of her professionalism during my telephone inquiry, we decided to meet Donna , the Chief Fairy, from Fairy Dust Services. From the moment we met her, we felt completely at ease - almost as if we had known her for a very long time. Our first impression turned out to be on target. She came by twice daily in our absence to take care of our babies and watch over our house. When we returned home, the texture of their fur told us our kids were happy and had human interaction beyond someone just putting food down. Our morning papers were on our dining room table, as was our mail. The curtains had been adjusted just as we requested. But there is more...the icing on the cake was a hand written card telling us of everything that happened while we were gone, including how well the kids responded to Donna. One thing that really struck a positive note with us involved an unforeseen incident with ants. In the card she left, Donna explained that she found ants on our office floor where one of the cats is fed. Concerned for the cat and her food, Donna placed the cat food dish in another dish filled with water so that the ants could not get to it - problem solving at it's finest while keeping the needs of our pet first place! We are very impressed with the services provided by this company, and intend to employ them frequently in the future for pet sitting. I also anticipate scheduling other services. Speaking of other services, everyone should check out the "green" cleaning products on their website. The aromas from the essential oils are absolutely yummy, and I have NEVER seen a dish soap that cleans like their's! Thanks Donna!!!

They are trustworhty and reliable. They do a good job.

Everything has been great. They are prompt and they clean very well. They do a good job. The girl who came was just starting out so there were a couple of weeks where she was in training, but she is doing very well now. The rates are reasonable and they seem to be trustworthy.

It went fine as always - I was able to go on vacation with peace of mind that the cats were in good hands. Donna is an animal lover and it shows in her attention to detail regarding the animals she sits for. I leave very detailed instructions (which would probably drive anyone else crazy!) but Donna handles it easily and is always willing to take care of all the little extras things necessary for each individual cat.

They are pretty good. They are on time and reliable, and they do a good job. They are here about every other week. The price is $116 a day, and it is money well spent. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Fairy Dust has cleaned for me for several years. At the outset I was most impressed by this being a very professionally-run business, as well as the pet-friendly and environmentally friendly approach. Donna Brown and her staff are 150 percent trustworthy and conscientious. Donna ensures that the little touches (like emptying and rinsing the coffee filter) are taken care of and the house smells wonderful after she or her staff have been there!! The house cats love her and I know that none of her cleaning products or techniques will harm them - which is very important to us. Thanks to her thorough cleaning I am able to have company visit who are allergic to cats!! Overall, Fairy Dust is totally thorough and reliable and I wouldnt go with anyone else!

My husband and I decided to start having our house cleaned every two weeks since we are both now working full-time. Donna Brown came to our house for an estimate. She had a very professional presentation during which she explained her company's mission and philosophy. She detailed the vetting and training she does when hiring employees. She even showed us a photo of Hector, the man who would actually clean our houses, since we wouldn't be home when we came to do the job. Donna toured and house, took notes, and asked for special needs we may have. As promised, she sent us a proposal in writing. We decided to employ her services. Hector came for the first time last week, and the house looked and smelled beautiful. Donna is very interested in hearing feedback from her customers so we will be in touch about any issues that may arise. We are very happy with FairyDust thus far. The price was reasonable, especially since she is using all-natural products.

They are thorough and are wonderful to work with. If you ask them to do something, they'll do it with no problem. They use high quality, wonderful products and when you walk in the house when they are done, it smells fabulous! I'll absolutley continue to use them.

Donna met with me ahead of time to discuss our needs and to go over her contract. She was adaptive to my schedule in setting up this meeting. I was favorably impressed by the fact that we contracted for the services. Even though Donna has cleaned for me for years, and I am well-aware of her thoroughness in cleaning, I was pleased that this same "above and beyond the call of duty" applies to her pet services also.

Donna gave me a professional quote so I would know the cost of the service, and we signed a contract - I was very impressed with the professionalism with which she runs the business. I had complete confidence leaving her in charge of "my babies". We went over care instructions in detail and she made sure she knew exactly which cat required what type of care. She also made sure she knew where cat carriers were for emergencies, numbers for the vet etc. Donna is a true cat lover (and a cat owner) - and it shows in how she runs her business. Once you meet her and understand her special relationship with animals you will not hesitate to leave your precious pets in her care! Cost was exactly as quoted (the contract makes everything clear - so there aren't any mis-understandings). For the absolutely most attentive and individualized pet care, you want to hire Donna! (PS - she also didn't mind my several calls to check on the cats!)
