I used one of the storefront coupons from Angie's List. I requested information from two different companies at the same time for some research. Fairy Dust was the only company that got back to me and she did so the same day. I emailed back and forth with the owner several times, each time with quick responses. Once I purchased the coupon, the owner called me right away, was able to schedule the appointment I needed and called to follow up and confirm about 2 days before the appointment. The young women arrived on time, got right to work and didn't stop for the entire time. I was very happy with the service provided and I intend to use their services again in the future!

I have a large house (over 4000 sq feet) and I understood up front that a 4 hour deep cleaning may not cover the entire space. Two ladies worked very hard for the entire 4 hours and were able to complete the downstairs. Part of the upstairs is under renovation and I intend on having them back to do the whole house once work is completed.

They were very reliable and professional. They took great care of my cats and walking my dog!

Very rude over the phone. It seems to me that they are not interested in new work.

They are professional, do a great job and are accomating. They are personable. I like the products they use and am fine with them being used with a toddler in the house.

I had always wanted a thorough cleaning of my home, but got resistance from my husband; he felt since it was just the two of us, we could handle it. In your February 2012 magazine you had a story on house cleaners which I saved for future use. When the promotion for One-Time Cleaning was advertised and my husband was going to be out of town, I decided now is the time. After purchasing the service through Angie?s List on July 9, I emailed the contact. Donna Brown, the owner, followed-up immediately and we discussed potential dates and time. Once a date was established, Donna was responsive in verifying it and informing me who would be providing the service. Sarah and Jane were fantastic! We have a three bedroom, two bath home of 1700 livable square footage. One bedroom is used as an office, so I told the ladies not to worry about that room. The rooms were cleaned from top to bottom and I mean that literally; we have some high shelving that can only be accessed by a ladder; they were up there dusting the shelves and the figurines. The baseboards, countertops, sinks, you name it, and they cleaned it. My cookbooks in my kitchen are in a better order than I had them. My home has not been this clean in a long time. My husband is due back today; I can?t wait for him to see the excellent work done by Fairy Dust Services. We will definitely use them again.

This was our second time using the service, so we just called Donna to schedule. She came over to the house each day to feed and spend some time visiting with our cats.

We have a pet who sheds a lot and we had not had our home professionally cleaned in over two years. Although we thought we were keeping it clean on our own-boy we were suprised at how the whole house shinned when she was done! It surpassed our expectations. It took her approx. 3 1/2 hours. Nice Job!

If there was a rating higher than an A, I would select that. My house, which has sufferered from two different mediocre cleaning services offered by other providers over the last few years, is now sparkly, shiny, feeling like everything in it is brand spanking new with a wonderful subtle fragrance throughout. It has never been cleaner and felt better to be in our house. Do you know the feeling you get when you move from viewing a standard definition TV to a high definition TV? That is very similar to the effect of going from the superficial cleaning to extremely professional cleaning services offered by Fairy Dust. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. They were also extraordinarily friendly to our pets (puppy, two cats and a small parrot) which are valued members of our family. I am so happy I found them using Angie's List. This is exactly why Angies List is worth the subscription price. I couldn't be happier.

Donna at Fairy Dust was very willing to help. I needed a specific date for house cleaning because I was expecting house guests. When the doorbell rang I was surprised to see only one cleaner. Well, Kevin is all you could EVER need. He cleaned so meticulously that I was astonished. My floors have never been so spotless. The bathrooms sparkled and the baseboards glistened! He was a hard worker and a very pleasant young man. I am completely satisfied and I will use Fairy Dust Services again ! Thanks Kevin. You are a gentleman with a scholarly work ethic.

We recently bought our home, and it definitely needed a deep clean. Also it is a two story 4 bed, 3 bath home that was too much for me to handle on my own. The owner is lovely and came through and did a thorough walk through and custom quote. Her staff came in the first day and there were two employees and the owner cleaning my house! By the time they were done, I decided I would never give them up. They cleaned EVERYTHING - the blinds, the fans, the furniture, and even the tops of the salt and pepper shakers and spice rack! They are professional and very nice and great with our animals. They are always making sure I'm happy with their services and address any issues I may have. I have recommended them to friends and family. We have been using them for several months now and I couldn't be happier.

It when very well with the sitter. Also meeting with the owner and telling them what I need when I was gone.

Donna met with us a few days before our vacation so she can go over information and meet our cats. She was very professional and we felt comfortable having her watch our cats and house for us. We could tell that she really loves animals and enjoys her job. While we were gone, she said she would stop by the house once a day for an hour to take care and spend quality time with the cats. She also offered to bring in our mail. When we came home, the cats were fine and well taken care of. Donna also left a note of her visits so we know what she did while she was here. We would normally drive our cats to my mother's when we go on vacation but between the car ride and the new environment, we felt more comfortable leaving the cats home with Donna and we will definitely use her again in the future.

When I called to make the appointment whomever I was speaking with told me "we don't do windows" and when I started to be specific in what I was looking for, I felt she rushed me off the phone and didn't want to listen to what I was telling her. If I hadn't already bought the special through Angie's I would have hung up and gone with another company. I was told that there would be only one girl coming to the house so I wasn't expecting a brigade of ladies coming but the one girl who did, arrived 15 minutes late. In the interim I had called the office to check on her arrival and no one picked up the phone. She was very nice and did a good job but wasn't nearly as thorough as the previous company I had hired. About half way through her phone rang and she spent about 15 minutes on her phone, talking about her day and dentist appointment. She finished in the allotted time but didn't vacuum the stairs that lead up to the home. She also didn't vacuum the couch as it had cat hair all over it. I would not recommend this company.

It went extremely well. They came prepared and ready to clean. I was very pleased with the cleaning job they did.

We set up a date and time for the initial look see to see how much it would be or if it was too far for her to travel. She called the day of in a panicky voice that it was too far, too far, and that she couldn't do it and wasn't going to come. It was unprofessional and if she is not going to go into certain areas, she should be upfront about it.

Donna, came to our house, did a thorough inspection of all rooms; asked many questions from a ready list. She explained how they clean, where they cleaned and what extras would cost (such as large 3 panel sliding glass doors. My wife and I are both professional analyst and we could not have asked for a better approach to put customers at ease about what they would be getting. Communication was always handled professionally and by email and/or phone call. We have a large house with lots of ledges and nooks. There are three different floor coverings, tile, wood, and carpet. Everything was cleaned spotless and finished with what I would call their trademark: a wonderful pervading fragrance that lasts for days.

They are really good. We researched other companies. We will absolutely continue to use them.

Anna from FairyDust arrived promptly and did a fantastic job. She was extremely conscientious and thorough. My house was sparkling clean after Anna finished.

We needed someone to come by and walk our dogs, feed them, give them medication, let the cat in and out, and bring in the mail and newspapers. They were very professional in their record keeping, asking for emergency numbers, vet numbers, pet preferences and personalities, neighbor phone numbers, even pictures of the pets! Our pets were safe and sound when we returned, except that one of my labs was a little sore in the hips from chasing the tennis ball too much.

It was a great experience. Donna was very professional and thorough in the way that she handled this transation. She came to our home to meet us and the cats. She went over every possible situation that could arise in our 7 day absence from our home. I showed her where everything was in the home pertaining to the cats and what she would need in order to take care of them. I felt very comfortable that our cats would be cared for in an excellent manner.

It went great - we were able to relax and enjoy our trip knowing our cats were getting great care. We came home to happy cats and a detailed note letting us know how the visits went. She was even kind enough to wash their food bowls and I learned this was part of the service. Good experience all around :)

Donna came to my house to provide her organization skills. She listened to me, observed my needs, and by the time she left we had developed a procedure to prioritize the projects that would effectively maintain the order in my home. I expect to consult with her in regard to her many services.

We contacted FairyDust Services, Inc. concerning pet sitting. We were very impressed with the initial interview. In our opinion, all of the right questions were asked of us concerning our pets, not only their feeding needs, but their personalities, habits, etc. FairyDust provided excellent care for our three dogs. They were given long walks, lots of petting and we could tell that they had been brushed while we were away. FairyDust was in contact with us during our vacation to let us know that all was going well, which gave us great peace of mind. We received a nice written update as well upon our arrival home. We will definitely be using FairyDust for our pet sitting needs. We are happy they provide other services as well.
