We receive many inquiries regarding our services and while I don't remember this specific phone conversation, I know I would not be rude to anyone calling FairyDust...that is not how I run my business and I take pride in the manner in which we communicate with our potential and existing clients. We have many lasting relationships with clients and past clients over the 15 years FairyDust has served our community. Perhaps in explaining what we do and do not do as far as services provided, she took the "we don't provide that type of service" as being rude. We certainly do occasionally have an unhappy caller who wants a certain service that we don't provide. I am certainly sorry that she took offense to something that was said during our conversation, but as can be seen from the many "A" ratings that we receive, we are a customer friendly company. I would like to speak with her again to find out the specifics and why she felt that I was rude. It disturbs me that someone would have that opinion about me and my company.
