All estimates in cluding pre-inspection are free. We work for large construction companies, preoperty managers both residential and commercial. All our employees are covered by workman's comp, and are bonded and insured. We carry 2 million liability insurance. If we are late we pay you. We always do a test spot to see if the results meet your expectations for free. Angie's List Memgbers receive a 10% discount and a free bottle of carpet spot remover.
