The service worked out really well. The cost was very reasonable. They were very quick. They came out to take a look at the job. They came out the next day and did such a good job we could not even tell they were at our home.

The service turned out very well. They were on time and the attendants were very professional. They left the house as clean as it was when they started and they also showed us all the lint they captured out of the vents.

John was punctual and got to work right on time. He removed all of the Ceiling registers for access to the ducting, used a rotary brush and vacumn to clean out the system. He also cleaned the dryer vent from the dryer to the access point on the roof which was desperately needed. He was very polite and explained the entire procedure plus offered the company services for other maintenance items which may be needed at some point in time.

I couldn't be happier. John arrived on time, was friendly and thorough. The actual cost was the same as the estimate which was less than estimates from other providers. I will use Absolute Clean Air again for this service, as well as, call them when I need other services they offer. Again, I couldn't be happier.

I lucked out! I needed my dryer vent cleaned out so I called one company who had availability 3 weeks out. I took a chance and called Absolute Clean Air even though there was only one review. Neil answered immediately, was extremely professional, pleasant and well spoken and after I explained the situation he offered to come at lunch time the next day even though his schedule was full otherwise. He started the project and realized I had a much more serious problem. I have an older home and the 15 foot convoluted dryer vent system was fully impacted. He immediately called me and told me it was beyond his scope of work; However, he had a contractor that was in the area and he could come take a look at it if I was okay with that. I met them in 15 minutes. I was shown by camera how impacted the system was and realized the company I had "clean it out" last failed to do so properly. It took years to get that impacted. Neil did not charge me a dime for his time or service call even though it wasn't his fault that the job was impossible to do at that point. He cleaned up everything before he left me in the good hands of the ultimate handy man. Who consequently replaced all of the cheap plastic tubing with steel which required 7 turns under the floor the very next day. I will definitely call Neil the next time I need dryer or air duct cleaning!

The service technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. In each room, he removed the vent cover, vacuumed the vent opening and cleaned the vent cover before replacing it. Prior to leaving each room, he vacuumed the floor in case any dirt missed the areas not covered by tarps. I would definitely use this company again and gladly recommend it.

I called the office and got a quote on the phone, based on the size of the house and the number of vents. The service was scheduled for two days later. The two service people arrived a few minutes early, went around and verified how many AC vents we had and where the dryer was located and went to work right away. they went room by room and removed all the vent covers, and cleaned them with degreaser. They used a hose with a brush which reaches into the ducts and turns as it vacuums. Once they were done, they sanitized the ducts through the AC air return. One of the gentleman climbed behind the dry, cleaned the vent, and they replaced the exhaust hose. As they worked around the house, they covered the area with a tarp and then vacummed the debri as they moved to the next area. It took two hours more or less, and everything was clean and fresh when they left. My AC and dryer are working so much better! I can't wait to see the electric bill. For one, I am not having to cycle clothes through the dryer twice anymore! Efficient and friendly service, and the invoice was for the exact same amount of the quote.

Mr.l Long arrived promptly at 8 AM. His work was very professional as he moved from room to room and he was finished in approximately 2 hours. In addition, he cleaned the dryer vent as well. He also offered advice in regards to filters for the furnace and other questions my husband requested information on. My husband and I were very impressed with his work and would recommend this company to anyone in need of air duct/dryer vent cleaning.

I did not need the service since the ducts were clear. I had them clean the ducts because of an odor in the home. They did a good job and they left the house very clean.

The gentleman performing the work arrived on time and was very friendly. We went over the exact cost for the job, before any work was performed. He used the rotobrush system to clean all the air vents in the house. He also washed and cleaned each air vent cover by hand. The same was done for the two "air returns" in the ceiling. The dryer vent was cleaned using the same system. Finally a sanitizer was sprayed into the ducts to clean the whole air system. The work took approximately two hours and was done with respect to those of us in the house. The house smells fresh and we will definitely use this company again.
