ABSOLUTE CLEAN AIR

Absolute Clean Air was a pleasure to deal with! John was so friendly and on time. He called on his way and was even early! The upstairs in our home is very musty, and we recently had some mold issues inside of our AC unit. Luckily it wasn't black mold, but enough to make a mother worry. We had our entire AC unit cleaned from the inside out and it was recommended to us that we also have our air ducts cleaned. John showed me how dirty our vents were before the cleaning, and I am SO HAPPY we had this done. I am hoping between my AC unit cleaning and the air duct cleaning that I can rest much easier with my little ones sleeping upstairs! I highly recommend Absolute Clean Air. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and very fair priced.

The individuals did a great job. They were thorough - did every vent and showed my wife as they went along in the house.

John, the technician was spectacular. We noticed a big difference in the air quality and everything. We all have allergies and we can breathe better. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to save money and anyone who is expecting an expert job. I am very cautious on who I let in the house. I had no problem with this guy at all. He had a good sense of humor and he joked around. He was very good with the work that he did. We saved $100 for being Angie's List member which is a pretty good savings. The workmanship was worth even more than that! When you get someone who does this quality work, people should be aware of it. It makes you feel good to know that there are still good people in the world. I will always call this company before I call anyone else.

This business is a must for air duct and dryer vent cleaning! Neil was very responsive to all the questions I had during this process. I even had additional questions and concerns and he pleasantly answered them all, before I even scheduled an appointment. He is very knowledgeable about this process and really cares about his customer's individual needs. I have complete trust and confidence in Neil and Absolute Clean Air. John was the service technician. He was incredibly friendly. He informed me of what he would be doing and talked to me about the business. He was very professional and yet relational. When you meet him you'll feel like you've known him forever. He gave me some additional tips and advice on how to keep the ducts clean. He also left the place cleaner than when he began. Absolute Clean Air is a first class business with top notch people. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Actually, they did not do a great job because I was having dryer trouble so the first thing I did was to hire them to clean my vents and still had dryer trouble. I had to call the dryer company out to find out that they did not clean out that well and when it was cleaned out, I had no more dryer trouble. They showed up on time, but they did not do a good job. Their customer service was fine.

Tech John was on time did a geat job. He also cleaned up after his self. Would highly reccomend this company.

Better than expected! I heard stories how it would be a mess to clean up once the job was done and that was not the case with Absolute Clean Air! Very happy with the job and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a company to clean their air ducts. There was even a coupon for the service which was nice!

Great job and experienced technician, I was trying to get out smoke smell, it didn't help, but, the vents are clean now!!

He came out last Tuesday and said he couldn't move the washer and dryer on his own due to a bad back so he rescheduled to come back with someone else. He also told my brother in law that the utility sink needed to be disconnected as well in order to do the cleaning. My brother let me know that it would be a major job so I have decided to cancel the purchase instead.

John arrived on time (actually early, which worked fine for me). He was professional and pleasant. He covered furniture and vacuumed up any residue on the carpet. My dryer vent is right at the outside wall in the garage, so it's easy to do. While he was in the garage, he also checked my A/C filter for me and make a recommendation about the type filter I should use. I couldn't ask for a better job.
