Terrific customer service. Friendly and helpful over the phone. Made a call two days later the tech was here and fixed the leak. Also found and fixed another leak I was not aware of. I highly recommend this company. They explain things very well, priced fairly, and trustworthy. I would hire them again and recommend them to all my neighbors.

After P&J came to my house to trouble shoot a sprinkler valve, I came home and found my hose attachment had somehow broken off the end of my garden hose. Then I found out that my wireless receiver on my brand new sprinkler timer went missing in the same day I hired this company to check my sprinkler system. The new timer box was installed by another local handyman a week prior to P&J showing up and it wasn’t missing out of the timer box until after P&J visited my property to do work. I was not home while they were at my house doing the job. Counincedence? Maybe, but I would not take that chance again.

Patrick explained issues with my sprinkler system and made the proper corrections and relocation so that my sprinkler system could cover all of my grass. I was extremely happy with the work performed.

I hired P & J Sprinkler Repair twice. The service was excellent. I had a cumbersome zone leakage and Patrick was the only guy out of 4 other contractors that alleviated my problem. He is a very honest and hardworking guy. His rates are reasonable too. If you are in the Winter Park, Maitland or Lake Nona areas, I recommend him highly.

Our old rain sensor was not doing the job so Patrick installed a controller that uses local rainfall from weather data to determine when to water/watering time.

The work was completed as promised.

It did not go, as the company never responded after leaving messages to reschedule.

The entire system was checked, and the broken sprinkler head replaced. When I enquired about replacing the timer, I was told it wasn't necessary.

These folks are GREAT! Not only did they arrive earlier than expected (so rare these day, most technicians are always late to arrive), they did the work quickly and even went over and above by replacing a sprinkler head which was not quite right for the area it was covering, AND they came in on the exact amount they had quoted (which was far less than I was prepared to pay)! I will definitely use P & J again! What a terrific experience!

Great. P&J techs. worked hard to locate the leaked pipe through the tree roots, which broke the pipe. It was hard work and they spent almost 2 hours to cut the roots, find the pipe and fixed all pipes connected with leaked pipe. They also changed solenoid valve of all zones as per request. Patrick's brother came back on 5/18 and re-checked the sprinkler and changed all damaged sprinklers and checked all zones and adjusted the correct flow. Thanks for timely support and saved water. We discovered trouble with our sprinklers, called them just before lunch and they arrived at 5:00. They fixed/replaced broken sprinkler heads and realigned the whole system which was very much needed. They offered to spread the work/cost over time, but we were OK with getting it done now and paying now.

They were very prompt to answer my Angie's List inquiry through email on Angie's List. Very prompt in returning calls and answering questions. Provided a guarantee for the controller above the manufacturer's guarantee. Pleasant and professional. Would use them again for service if needed.
