The installer was on time. There was one major problem that happened during the work. However, the installer took care of the problem without any cost to me. Even though the work took longer than anticipated due to the configuration of my house, he postponed his plans to make sure the job was done that day. The finished product, inside the house, looks and works great.

After receiving 3 proposals for our CCTV system we awarded the contract to Planitson, LLC based on price, completion of quote, and checking out their references. Our system grew from 4 cameras to 8 and the installer Jeff was very patient with us on picking out the right cameras. The installation is very professioan and the extra video line to the master bedroom makes monitoring very easy. The system has been up and running for a couple weeks now and no problems. They were wonderful!! It was a difficult project because I had just moved in. Jeff even helped to move boxes around to get to the cable outlets that he needed. I had him hang 3 TV's and connect a 4th. His work is impecable. No wires - he even had to move a cable outlet across a room to another wall and it was done without a knick or scratch to the walls. Everything was left clean, hung properly and most inmportantly ... working!! It was a great experience and I highly recommend Jeff and his team!!
