Required homeowners assistance. Did not do as much work as expected for the price. Took days to complete the job.

Jeff Lewis from Planitson, LLC is a great technician he was informative great with ideas and prices were on budget. Jeff made so many suggestions I will definitely be using him again and again. Great support and extremely professional. the job was done in the allotted time given. The was so well done that my co-workers plan on using him, plus a comment of he is better than the Geek squad at best buy.

This was an overall pleasant experience. We had a 55 inch TV hung and a sound bar for our surround sound as well. He was on time, extremely amicable, and explained the process of what he was doing to me as he did it as I was interested in gaining knowledge on the topic.

Mr Lucas was on time and very polite. He explained everything he was going to do and if he had to do something different or extra he explained everything to me before he did it. He hooked up the my Surveillance cameras in the right places and explained how they would work. He cleaned up after himself and his prices for the job were great. I would recommend him to anyone needing great professional work.

Had the Geek Squad out first. Would never bother to call anyone other than Planitson in the future. Answer all questions so "Tech challenged" understood. Attached all components so easy to redo ourselves when new cabinet came. Plan to call in future when ready to make changes in master bedroom. Cannot rave about enough!!!!

Jeff did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality installation at a fair price.

The Planitson representative and his son were courteous and friendly and the project is complete. There was a mishap however when the representative attempted to mount the 70" tv on drywall without any reinforcement, which resulted in damaging the drywall. He stated that he would NOT repair it, only that he would spackle the holes since the tv would cover it. He and his son did, ultimately, successfully mount the tv with reinforcing 2x4s as supporting cross beams.

Jeff was very quick in responding and completing the work I needed. Honest and professional at what he does. He hid those ugly speakers behind the wall and put clean plates on every spot where they couldn't be seen. We are most grateful for his expertise. You can depend on him without question.

Quick response to my inquiry. Very professional and friendly. Quality workmanship. Only suggestion: if living in an older house or condo/apt, have him come out and scope out the requested project to avoid running into "on-the-job" surprises that might alter the original plans and leave you with esthetical or structural eyesores. Although this happened to me, he has pledged to make things look nice. Great guy, easy to work with. I would recommend him highly and will continue to give him my business.

Mr Lucas was very professional both in his work and manner. Job was done with professional ease and with no mess to clean up.

Jeff was great to deal with. He called me back promply every time that I needed to call me. I explained to him what I needed to have done. He was very prompt in getting back to me with his estimate. Once we settled on what the cost, he arrived when he said he would. That may not sound like much, but it has been my experience that most contractors seldom show up when they are supposed to. Jeff was very professional in doing the work. He did everything possible to make sure that I was happy with his work. I would have no problems recommending Jeff to any of my family or friends.
