Before I made the decision to hire Jeff he asked me to send him information on the products I wanted to install. He reviewed them and provided me feedback. Once this was accomplished I then made the decision to hire him. Jeff and Blake work well together. They are professional,fast and customer service oriented. I would recommend them and I would rehire them

He ask me how high to put the tv and I said 5inch above tv stand so no wires would be seen It was a lot higher now I need to spend more money to cover the wireing

Jeff was running a little late on the day of the appointment, he called me in advance to let me know he'd be late. Bonus points for the call. He was very polite, answered all my questions and concerns. Had the t.v. up on the wall in no time. Show me the workings of the mount so I could remove it if needed. Great value for the $$. Would definitely use again.
