Description of Work: Office staff were (kind of) cordial but gave the impression they were doing me a favor, the person at the storefront location was very nice and helpful. I had granite counter tops and full granite back-splash installed. The counter top seam was at the sink, which was ok; however, the seam was not level (one side was ~1/8 inch or greater higher than the other side. This was brought to the attention of the installers as well as the management, I could not communicate with the installers. The seams of the back splash were >1/4 inch; there were angles that were not square. They filled the seams with epoxy and left the seam(s) unsmooth and very obvious, very messy. The management sent the installers back 2 times. The the owner(?) then,came to see the problem(s) , took photographs and once again sent people who took more time trying to talk me out of the problem than actually fixing it. The fix apparently was to grind down the high end of the counter; the finish is all scratched now ... I do NOT recommend using this company. I now have to pay someone else to fix the issues, if they can be fixed.

Description of Work: We went to their showroom on Southern. We talked to the salesperson about possibly putting in new cabinets, granite, and tile backsplash.
