Conserva offered to come to our home and assess the situation with our sprinkler timer free of charge. Their quote was very reasonable, and we decided to have the work done on the spot. The work was done well and completed pretty quickly. We really liked the service tech and will request him in the future. One caveat - if you are going to pay on a credit card they do charge the 3% discount fee, so we paid cash. Still a great experience.=!

I completed service request on the Home Advisor app for sprinkler repair. Katherine called me within minutes (on a Saturday) to schedule my work. I asked for a Monday appointment. They were booked, but she said she would try to adjust a schedule a fit us in. Katherine called me a back few minutes later and was able to schedule us at 10am on Monday. She told me to expect a call from the service provider when he was on the way. Katherine was informative and attentive. What a great employee. On Monday, Johann arrived on time for our sprinkler repair. He was excellent. Johann was energetic, kind, and worked fast. I highly recommend Conserva Irrigation. They have great customer service, and are fast and efficient.

Technician called to say he was on his way. He showed up on time. He appeared knowledgeable. I needed a new timer. He gave me three options, I looked at two and chose one. Considering the service call, and that the price included installation, the price was fair to me and the company. I wouldn't call it cheap or a steal but fair to both parties. He tested the system, and recommended fixing or replacing some additional heads. I agreed to some of them but not all. I figured I can replace sprinkler heads easily enough. Overall I think they rate 5 stars.
