Not a truck-mounted steam machine, more like what you rent from the grocery store. Pre-treatment for stains was not very effective as the stains are still present. The service tech, Dylan was on time, personable and friendly, and did an adequate job with the tools and supplies he had on hand.

Manager Joe was professional and friendly when he came out to quote the job. 2 technicians arrived and left separately. I was not happy with stains in one room but the tech that was still on property said he did not clean that room so he could not do anything about the stains since other tech had already left. Not a satisfied customer.
