The entire process was top rate from start to finish. The lead Electrician/estimator was AWESOME ( Joseph Abedini ). He was professional, knowledgeable , honorable. He was unapologetic for the aggressive pricing of his company as he was proud of the product and service !! That said, for budget minded home owners, this is a very high end priced service so it will be incumbent for Mister Sparky to deliver the quality and service necessary to support the price structure or they will not get repeat business. On my project they did. And since it's only been one project I can only give them 3.5 stars on value

Great experience. Professional, friendly and through.

The service was outstanding. New circuit breakers, a new breaker panel, a generator plug, and the new system was grounded, all I n one day.

Jason, the estimator came out when requested, he is very professional and knows his business. We got an estimate and James the electrician came out and did our electrical work. He was also very professional, cleaned up as he went along. We are very happy with Mr Sparky, we are having more work done.

Came on with some service inspection jazz, supposedly inspecting the wiring in the house. Then quoted an 85-year-old lady $490, to fix the problem and when she balked, a second quote of 252 dollars was offered... we talk to electrical contractors that said this problem could've been handled for under $200. Even the copy of the house services inspection that he left us was unreadable. Would never use or recommend this company to anyone...

Mr Sparkie for the most part did quality work, they had a few issues that had to be redone but nothing drastic. The main problem was I could never talk to anyone in a managers position without leaving a message and then waiting for a call back and many times I never received a call back. They drop the main cable running from the outside meter onto the drywall ceiling in my garage and broke through the ceiling. They set up their drywall guy to fix it. The drywall guy missed his first appointment with no call and I had to leave multiple messages with Mr Sparkie (with no calls back)and the drywall guy to get it set up for the following weekend, and then they showed up 4 hrs late. Very poor customer service, good work.

Very professional. They find the solution to problems and fix them. They don't leave a mess, clean up and take away broken items. Polite and very prompt. Reasonable pricing.

Very professional,replied to inquiry quickly, scheduled the appointment and repair work within one day. Repair work solved my electrical problem and upgraded my system also. Will hire them again for future work .
