Excellent customer service. A little pricey but well worth the money!

Carlos from Mr Sparky was courteous and thorough. I wanted vents with an electric fan installed in my attic. He understood what l needed then quoted a price. He also quoted a price on other electrical projects l was thinking of doing. It was a pleasure to work with him and Mr Sparky company, l would recommend them

Very expensive for what actually got completed. I am not an electrician. I had an outside GFI reinstalled. The previous install used the wrong wiring grade so I hired Mr. Sparky to redo the wiring and install the correct GFI. All they did was changed the wiring and install an outlet. The used the existing connection and conduit. They did not have to drill holes to tunnel the wire because they were already there. 5-6 ft of wire and an outlet and I was charged over $1000. On the patio addition cover project that I am doing, their electrician told me that the GFI was done wrong. All outdoor GFI need covers and it is in the place. Mr. Sparky should have known that. He also said that the job should have been around $350. Now I have to get someone to correct again. I called Mr. Sparky and they reluctantly refunded me $255.

Alex was professional and polite. My dimmer on a 4 way circuit was replaced in short.order. Turns out the dimmer was defective and Alex returned and replaced no problem.
