Description of Work: I hired Top Cat Cleaning to perform a one-time thorough cleaning of my home in preparation for a party I was hosting. Terri, Ron, and Jill arrived promptly and with all necessary supplies as scheduled. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. When i spoke with Terri to set up the appointment, there wasn't anything I mentioned that I wanted done that was refused or questioned; they are paid by the hour and were willing to do whatever I felt was needed. In other words, I was the customer and Terri and her crew provided excellent customer service. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the attention to detail that was given, so much so, that by the time they were finished I decided to arrange for them to come back in the future on a regular basis. I know I will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Top Cat Cleaning.

Description of Work: I have to post this review as we had an appointment today "around noon" for an estimate and she was a no show, no call. I trusted that using Angies's list would make my finding someone trustworhty to clean our home but I was wrong. I wasted my time waiting today....not acceptable. After checking the calls that came through I saw you called but my machine didn't record any messages. Thanks for calling and I apologize for the review.

Description of Work: Cleaned my home like I would if I could. The owner and two other ladies show up on time and cleaned my home with care and good work. I have already set the next date with her. The price she asked was $80.00, but I felt they did an excellent job and deserved more.
