+ -1 moreExcellent! My car is brand new again! I have 3 little boys with 2 neices that I tote around all the time! My car needed some love despite how hard I try to keep that van clean. I use the van to transport my 2 furry dogs too- no more hair! Marcus did a superb job detailing the van both inside and outside. He was here approx. 6 hours working on the car. He was a full service operation too. I'm happy to write such a fabulous report for him and happier to spread his name on my facebook page. I hope his business continues to expand with his good work and customer service!

+ 0 moreThere is no way I could have been more pleased by the Auto Detailing Service provided by Marcus Stanbury. He came to my home on the day and hour arranged, brought all of his supplies with him including water and an electric generator. And he proceeded to wash, wax, vacuum and detail my 2003 G35 until it looked like a brand new car. I had a terrible battle choosing to sell it because he had transformed my used (115,000 mile) sport sedan into something that belonged in a showroom. I had some stains on the carpet/ mats, some spots in the paint and on the alloy wheels -- and he worked diligently with materials and effective cleansers and polishes and lots of elbow grease, all the while pleasant and communicating that he loved what he was doing. After he spent far more time than he planned or I paid for, he cleaned up everything, gave me a couple of business cards, and headed home to Baltimore. I talked with several friends about my experience for weeks afterward. And, I later sold the car to CarMax for $1,000 more than several pre-detail offers.
Description of Work: Marcus Stansbury drove to my house, brought 100% of everything he needed to perform the job (even water and an electric generator) and proceeded to thoroughly clean, vacuum, polish, and detail my 2003 G35 (with 115,000 miles) until he made it look brand new; like it belonged in a showroom. Marcus brought many materials - detergents, stain removers, polishes, alloy wheel cleaners, tire black, etc., etc., etc. Each product was one with which he was familiar and had personal experience and he knew how to use it to accomplish whatever he needed it to do. He was able to clean the deeply dirty and stained gray leather steering wheel and the alloy wheels that were way past due for cleaning. He removed not only the interior floor mats, but also the trunk mat - and washed and rinsed them so they were like new. He polished the car's exterior so that several damaged spots were far less visible than previous to his visit; better than I could imagine. He committed several hours to the task, and gave me much more that I paid for. I am not aware that Stansbury provides any other auto service than detailing.

He spent a lot of time doing the detailing. He even put a tent above the car during detailing. The car was clean and neat inside and out. It was a really wonderful service.

Marcus worked extremely hard and the results were very impressive. My car, a 2002 Avalon, looked better at the end of his professional work than it did the day we bought it used from the dealer. I give him and his work my highest recommendation. I have already recommended him to friends and family. I intend to use his services again!
Description of Work: Interior and exterior detailing on a 2002 vehicle. The inside was spotless -- even stains in the carpet and leather seats that had been there for years. The outside looked really good too -- exceeding my expectations for what could be done for a car with so many dings and deep scratches.

Description of Work: Was just a little late arriving, but did a fantastic job. His was among the best detail I have received. Attention was given to areas I never thought about. I would recommend to anyone. I plan use him for my other vehicles as well. It will take about 4-5 hrs for the kind of detail he does...well worth the wait.

I am not exaggerating but he did an extraordinary job on the inside and outside of the cars. He did a fantastic job and he was responsive. I don't see how anybody could do a better job at any price. I would give him an A++. I have already recommended him to other people and I have recommended him without any reservation. We have two cars, one is an SUV and I am not exaggerating but he made them literally look brand new. One is seven years old and one five years old and they look new inside.

One car was soiled with pet stains, so badly that our mechanic left air freshner inside the car. That was the sign that let us know that a cleaning was overdue. After Marcus' work the cars look the best they ever have for us. The price was well worth it. Completely professional and HIGHLY recommended.

Mr. Stansbury was easy to get in touch with and agreed to my requested service date even though it was still a bit cold out. I've owned the car for 9 years and did not keep the interior of the car clean at all. I could not believe how my car looked after he spent hours working on it. The car was in impeccable condition inside and out. Carpet stains that I thought would never come clean were non-existent and the car looked better than it did when I purchased it in 2002. In my opinion, Mr. Stansbury is a great guy who takes his job seriously; he is a reliable, propfessional who delivers! I can't say enough about him!

My car wasn't very dirty but he still spent hours going over every little detail. I don't think my car looked that nice when I bought it and it was brand new! He came to my home first thing in the morning and worked all day on the car, leaving it looking and smelling like new. He cleaned everything, including places I didn't even know existed in the car! My favorite tough was the treatment he gave the tires that left them shiny and black--make-up for tires, who knew?
