Marcus came to my office and detailed my car. The experience was fantastic. He answered/returned calls in a timely fashion, arrived when he was supposed to arrive and spent over four hours washing, waxing, vacuuming, shampooing the upholstery, floor mats, carpeting and cleaning places that I don't think have ever been cleaned before in my car. I've had my car detailed in the past, but never with this much care and attention to detail--pun intended! I recommend him without hesitation.

Marcus was friendly, diligent, and professional. He did a comprehensive job and exceeded my expectations in every respect. My car looks great now, and I'm already planning on using him again when the weather warms up again.

This is the second car I've had Stansbury detail. He did an outstanding job. He is a real perfectionist and covered every square inch of the car down to waxing the tailpipe extensions. He is unbelievably thorough. I recommend him highly and will probably use him again. He is also a very pleasant person to deal with. The price was a special deal through Angie's List. Expect to pay more; you won't be disappointed.

It went very well. Marcus was delayed but he called me and informed me of same. The work was done professionally and I could find nothing that he had not done. All the surfaces were clean and waxed and the car has not looked this good for many years.

FANTASTIC ! ! I purchased an "Angie's List Big Deal" for auto detailing and called the company to set up an appointment (mobile service performed at my home or office). The owner, Marcus, gave me a commitment for the day and promised to call later with a time. He followed through and left me a message about the time, which I also confirmed. He then called again on the day of the appointment and confirmed the time and location. He also showed up 5 minutes before the agreed upon time. Except for electricity (which I supplied via an outdoor outlet), he brought everything he needed in his van to do every facet of the job. He introduced himself and briefly described what was involved and gave me an estimate of how long it would take (approximately 4 hours). He then proceeded to rinse and thoroughly wash the car, using various cleansers which he has found to be most effective. He paid great attention to both the overall job and the "details", i.e., cleaning dust from recessed surfaces, cleaning brake dust from the alloy wheels, cleaning and treating black plastic trim to make it look new, cleaning the door jambs, engine compartment, trunk, console, etc., etc. Wherever scrubbing and elbow grease was needed, he provided it. His wax job restored the finish on my car and made it shine like new. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the interior, especially the leather upholstery which was particularly soiled from several years of use. He even cleaned the driver's seat belt which had been stained from use. There was no visible area that he failed to address and restore. All I can say is that the car looks better now than when I bought it 4+ years ago. Marcus treated the job as if he were working on his own car, and treated me as a customer to be satisfied and delighted. Truly, the car looks brand new, inside and out. He is the business owner and recognizes that part of his success is based on his reputation and having delighted customers. I would recommend his detailing service to any friend or family member, it was simply outstanding. I am re-thinking selling my car, it is too beautiful (even with 118k miles) and I can't begin to replace it for what I can get selling it. Although I purchased this as an "Angie's List/ the Big Deal" for an incredible price of $99), I communicated my appreciation to Marcus with a nice tip ($25). I have seen sale prices of $50 for detailing, but I would go back to Stansbury Mobile Auto Detailing (Marcus Stansbury) before considering any other provider in the Baltimore area.

Marcus was running late & called ahead to let me know. He buff the exterior to a beautiful scheen. This was not part of the Big Deal pkg., but he wanted my white car to look brand new. He was friendly, actually fun to talk to, efficient and detailed. My old '98 Honda now "looks like a new car". I recommended Marcus to my husband and my son, so he now has 3 new customers.It's so convient that he comes to the car. I didn't need to get someone to help me drop off my car and he'll also go to a work place. I highly recommend you use Marcus's company.

Stansbury's regular price is higher.] I called Stansbury Auto Detailing as soon as the Angie's List Big Deal was confirmed with sufficient subscribers. Marcus Stansbury answered personally. We scheduled an appointment 3 days later starting between 8:00am and 8:30am. Marcus arrived within that time window and went right to work. He spent almost 5 hours washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming my car outside and in. He treated the upholstery with a fabric protector. The wheel covers were thoroughly cleaned and polished and the tires were dressed. The hood required some extra attention (3 applications of wax / polish) due to oxidation. The results were beautiful. With the exception of a few small areas where scrapes over the years had damaged the paint in a way that could not be fixed (I was not expecting miracles!), my Subaru looked almost as if I had just driven it off the dealer's lot. Marcus himself was friendly and polite, very much the gentleman. Highly recommended!

Marcus did an amazing job on my vehicle. He arrived exactly on time and spent a little over three and a half hours detailing the interior and exterior of the vehicle at my home. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful of my property. Marcus pays close attention to detail and appears to be a perfectionist when it comes to his trade. His rates are more than reasonable for the type of service he performs. I will certainly use him again in the future and recommend him to family and friends.

Marcus was punctual, personable and did a brilliant job on my car - my 5-year old car looked like new when he was done. I would definitely use him again!

Markus came to my home on time on one the hottest days of the summer. It took a little longer than usual due to the heat - but the work did not suffer! My car looks brand new inside and out. I cannot say enough about the quality of work he does. Even though it took a little longer than expected, he did not charge me extra for the time (although we did give him a generous tip for working so hard in such oppressive heat). I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Marcus did a terrific job - very professional. Detailed the inside of our three-kid minivan. It looks great! Also pointed out some rust spots that I hadn't seen - and which would have gotten worse if he hadn't brought it to my attention. Great service - will use him again!

Maurice showed up on time and stayed til the job was finished, which certainly was considerably longer than he had anticipated. (The culprit was tree sap, which is very hard to remove.) Believe that the job took about 8 hours. The final result was transformational. This car gets hard use in all kinds of weather, hauling around lots of kids, equipment, dogs, dorm room stuff, etc., and regularly makes 5+ hour trips. The "before" was a mess. The "after"? I could hardly believe that it was the same car!

Marcus arrived promptly at 8:00, described what he would do, looked over the car and asked a few questions and started in. He worked steadily and didn't leave until 1:30. The car had 75,000 miles on it and had not been kept clean. It looked beautiful when he left. Besides taking care of the exterior he shampooed upholstery and carpets, cleaned every inch of the rest of the interior and the trunk. There was not a spot on the car when he finished. I recommend him highly and would use him again myself.

Mr. Stansbury returned my call to set up an appointment. He was prompt on the day of service. He was at my house for 5 hours never taking a break. He takes pride in his work and it really shows. He is very friendly and personable to deal with. I would definitely use his services again!

Mr. Stansbury did an excellent job. He arrived on time and spent several hours on the car. I had just purchased the car from a private seller, and was mostly concerned with getting the interior cleaned. The cloth portions of the driver's area had a lot of ingrained dirt and grime. Mr. Stansbury did a valiant job and managed to get the doorhandle fabric, which I had thought I was going to have to replace, so clean that I no longer worry about finding a replacement. He did his best with the seat, and though it didn't come out sparkling, it was improved. He completely removed some stickers from the window that I never would have been able to reach due to the curve of the dashboard, and he managed to totally remove some paint transfer scratches on the rear bumper. Fantastic job overall! I normally don't spend money on having a car detailed. In this case, I definitely feel like the quality of work i received was well worth the amount.

The guy was fantastic. He was prompt, spent about eight hours on my car, if you can believe it. He came here, was very professional and very nice. I would recommend him to my mother and that's saying a lot because if my mother is not happy then my life is measurable. I love my mother dearly anyway so I wouldn't recommend anything bad to her. I would give him A's right across the board because the guy was fantastic, just as all the reviews were for him. He was absolutely fantastic and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would absolutely continue to use his services in future.

His service is very thorough and I highly recommend him for detailing. Bring your patience however as there can be some challenges coordinating with him if you do not have a garage. He can come to your job, but again, if it's raining it's a no go. We rescheduled many times because of weather or his overbooking. It is so worth it, though! He will be at work on your car for a minimum of 4 hours, so don't plan on anything else that day.

Marcus was able to fit us in with short notice. He arrived on-time and got right to work. Marcus worked pretty much non-stop for about six hours. He brought his own water supply and only needed a power outlet for an extension cord. Car looked great inside and out. His price was very reasonable for the high quality of work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I am very busy so Marcus rearranged his schedule and came on a Sunday morning so as to accomodate me. He arrived to an unusually (for me) dirty SUV. He spent the next five hours making it look showroom new. I am very particular with how I like my cars cleaned (I used to do them all myself when I had time) and Marcus did not disappoint. The reviews on this website were very accurate. This is a very responsible and likeable man who worked on my wife's car as if it were his own. The price was right and I would gladly recommend him to anyone in the future.

After reading all the raves about Mr. Stansbury, I called him to detail my VW New Beetle - first time ever for detailing this car after 6 years. I must say that everything others have said about him is absolutely true! It's always wonderful to find someone who offers a service and does a BETTER job than you hope. And, yes, my car looked ready for the showroom when he was done, as many have attested. He spent about 6 hours on it and when I got home, it looked like I had a new car. The thing I still can't get over is how he got every speck of dirt, dust, crumbs, etc out of the carpeting! Truly amazing! I will definitely use Mr. Stansbury again. He is polite, professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. The best!

From the time I contacted Marcus Stansbury (I was in Floirida at the Time), he was prompt, courteous and followed through with everything upon which we agreed. He arrived early on a Tuesday morning and worked until at least 2:00 PM. He had quoted a price of $160 and that is what he charged despite the fact that the carpet , door jambs trunk and hood area needed a lot of extra attention. I would highly recommend marcus Stansbury if you want a car detailed. Our car looked so new, I really didn't want to sell it.
