Purchased a Big Deal for general contractor for a day for $299. Called and left a message for Mark on 12/10/12. No response so called again on 12/12/12. Spoke with Mark and told him I needed a shed moved from a spot in my yard to another location in my yard about 20 ft. away. He suggested I buy lumber and hardware for a new base, which I did. We set up an appointment for the work to be done on 12/20/12. I stayed home that day to be present. No one showed up or called. I called Mark a couple of days later & he apologized. We rescheduled the job for 1/3/13. Someone from Canelli showed up at 10am on that day. It was not Mark. He looked the job over and told me that they didn't do that sort of work. So now I am requesting a refund of my $299.00

We needed to have our shower floor grout repaired. It was a new floor with new grout but had been done incorrectly and so we called Canelli to fix our problem. They came right away, saw what needed to be done and made an appt. to return and repair. Old grout needed to be scraped out and new grout put in. The job was finished in one morning and the technician gave us information on how to maintain and seal the new grout.

ands we contacted Mark twice to get estimates for work to be done to our master bathroom. He was prompt and courteous and we were satisfied with the estimate he gave us. Unfortunately, we are not able to use his services as of yet. Hopefully, we'll be calling him back in a few months.

It went very well, I would highly recommend Marc and his guys for any job.

Contacted Mr. Canelli regarding some storm damage work. Told him what I needed done and that I needed an estimate. He took down my information and told me he would contact me the next day to come by and look at the house. He never called, never showed up.

Very well. They were here when they said, and finished on time. Beautiful bath!! We are going tohave them do our master bath, also!!

Marc and his assistants were very polite and careful about how they worked. They came on time and stayed late each day. The put down protection on the floor and cleaned up every night. They were very considerate of my home. They finished on time and did a great job. Marc was open to discussing how thngs should be done and what I wanted. His written estimate was complete and well done. There is only 2 negatives. One was that although we had discussed corner shelves in the shower none were installed. I never noticed until they were done. When I called him about it he said to pick what I wanted installed and he would come to take out the tiles and put them in. However after thinking about it I decided to go with a steel corner pole instead. So it worked out. The other problem was with the estimate on the shower door and glass wall. He gave me an estimate of $789 for another company to make and install a custom unit. When he was done he gave me the company number to call to have them make and install the door. The owner of that company came out and his estimate was for $2200 for the door NOT $789. I was shocked. I am not sure if Marc contacted the company, who's name he gave me, before he supplied the estimate but that is a huge difference. Marc kept to the estimate for his work but I wish he had been closer in the estimate for the shower door which ended up costing almost half the price of the complete remodel.

It went very well and the work was excellent. A bit of confusion with pricing but the issue was fixed. Definitely use him again.

Company came out and gave estimate back in June. When I was ready I scheduled the work to be done and work was started on time.

Mark came out to give estimate - was prompt & professional - said it would take couple of days before he could get estimate but have not heard anything from him or company. Disappointed - was hoping to started on work by now. Now back to square 1 & looking for other company.

He was very quick to respond to phone calls and/or e-mails. He was always on time and came out the next day to give us a very detailed and accurate estimate of the price and time it would take to complete the project. The whole process took 4 days. Each night the work area was left very clean. The attention to detail was excellent. The footprint of the new tub was a little smaller than the old tub (which we expected would be a possibility). Replacing the floor tile will be a future project for us. In the meantime, Mark used the wall grout to fill in the footprint around the new tub. Unexpected and greatly appreciated extra effort.

We called for some handyman work to be done. Mark was very busy but he squeezed us into his already busy schedule. He stayed late to get the job done even though his phone was ring off the hook. He made us priority because he already started the job with us. We appreciate all his hard work and will use him again.

The builder told me over the phone on Tuesday, April 3rd that he would be out on Wednesday or Friday morning of that week. At the end of the conversation he said he would call me back. I have not heard from him since. He has wasted a week of our time. The contractor called back on Tuesday and apologized and offered to make things right.

I was not happy with his service. I needed some screening done. He came with the wrong equipment. I also asked him for an estimate for some other work and he never gave it to me. I will not use him again. I had a coupon for half off. I think he did not honer that.

Mark came in and started right away. He was focused and cleaned up everything when he was done,. He was resoiurceful since I didn't get the molding to match. Would give him a good reference.

Mark did an excellent job. He removed a 10-yr old double sink adeptly and installed a new stainless steel double sink. He was meticulous in how he performed his work. And very carefully checked to ensure that all was in perfect working order before he left. Mark Canelli is very professional and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Would I/will I hire him again? Absolutely. It's been a week and I love my new sink. Thanks Mark!

I was very satisfied and will call on this provider again, and am referring him to family members who need handymen services around the home. Being a retired widow I attempt to keep my home up by doing as much myself as possible, but occasionally it helps to have someone who can do the jobs I am unable or unwilling to tackle. Mark arrived at the appointment time. I showed him what needed to be done. Mark gave me a written proposal on a business form for the work he was going to do with the labor and material costs estimated. He laid out canvas covering to protect the stairs. Mark put a layer of mud on the 3 areas of the wall as we discussed. There were some other dings on the wall that Mark repaired as well. He let the patches dry overnight. Upon his return the next day Mark sanded the repairs and did a bit more mudding to get the areas blended well. Once that was dried and sanded, Mark vacuumed up the drywall dust and then painted a coat of prime on the repairs. I appreciated Mark's professional demeanor and ability and I was very pleased with his work. I would definitely consider hiring Mark again and referring him to my friends.

Used Angie's list Big Deal coupon for 2 hours of handyman/remodeling work. Called Mark Canelli of Canelli Remodeling (813-352-5770), www.CanelliRemodeling.com. Mark came to the house the afternoon I called and said I had a Angie's List coupon. We talked over what I wanted done. He looked everything over, decided what the problem was, and stated what he would do. He wrote everything down (Description of Work and Estimate of labor costs), presented it to me and we agreed that was what I wanted. He also suggested that I buy the kitchen faucet that I wanted and the proper supply lines needed as this would keep the overall cost down. Mark came promptly the next day at the time agreed upon. The work took an hour or so over the coupon discount, but I expected that because of the complexity of the project. Mark was very detail oriented and took pride in his work. He even offered to take measurements and provide a free estimate for kitchen remodeling( cabinets and counter tops). I would highly recommend Mark and Canelli Remodeling.

Mark arrived as promised, did the re-grouting as part of the "big deal" for two hours labor and then for an additional fee replaced and secured outside pavers He was thorough, professional and efficient. Would use his services again and recommend to others.

Mark was very prompt in responding with a detailed estimate and scheduling a date to make my repairs. He showed up on time on the date he had scheduled for my repairs and was very professional. He cleaned up the area after each repair was done and took away the old trim. Mark also did a follow up call the next day to ensure I was satisfied with the job he performed. Mark did a grat job and I am very happy with his work and would use him again for any future repairs.

The popcorn ceiling repair look great , it matches pretty good. The painting was clean and straight. He was able to repir the window to save me $. Thanks

This project was completed ahead of schedule. We were worried that it might not be done by Christmas but it was 100% done almost a week early. We were very impressed how efficient Mark and his helper were. We also finished within our tight budget restraints. The office looks awesome and we can close the doors and not hear the TV from the living room.
