From my first meeting with Greg and Nanciann Lovett to the completion of their work on my home, everything went great. For the estimate meeting, they were on time and thorough with their inspection of the exterior of my home. Greg Lovett wrote up the estimate on the spot after measuring exterior walls and looking over the condition of my exterior stucco. I was offered a choice between Behr and Sherwin Williams Super Paint and selected Behr. During the estimate meeting, I pointed out an area to the Lovetts where a leak under a large window had dampened and ruined the interior carpeting. Greg examined the area of the leak and said that he'd seen similar problems before - there was no damage to interior drywall, the window caulking was in good shape - therefore, Greg said the situation pointed to a possiblity that the leak wasn't from the window, but instead coming from gound level or below ground level. As part of the estimate meeting, Greg dug down about 10 inches in front of the wall with the leak under the window and found an area where missing stucco and roots might be the cause of the leak. When work actually started, Greg and an assistant dug out the area below the window and applied cement and new stucco. He also put a new layer of stucco over the windowsill of the leaking window area. Greg said that if his efforts didn't fix the lead and I need futher efforts on the window or a window replacement after he finished painting, he'd come back and repaint any damage done around the window (by another contractor) for free. Work started on Oct. 22, 2012 when Greg Lovett and his assistant Spud came to trench around the house, pressure wash walls, fascia, soffit and front doors, patch stucco problems and tear out a cracked windowsill. Greg also build a form to pour the replacement window sill and poured the first part of the new sill. He came back to check on how the cement/stucco was drying a couple of days later and applied a finishing layer to the window sill. The new window sill looks great. On 10/24/2012 "Painting Day 1" Greg and assistant came back, masked doors and windows and started with the spray painting. He was on site again the next day to finish up with the painting. Nanciann Lovett came on the last day 10/26, to do trim painting and touchups. She's very detail oriented and careful in her work - exactly the kind of person you want to have doing such work. The Lovetts were good communicators, always on time, careful in their work and just all around good people. It's clear that they take pride in their work. Greg made sure to keep me informed on what work would be completed on which days. My house looks great and they left my property clean and in good condition. I highly recommend Lovett enterprises.

Husband and wife painted exterior of house and lanai floor. My only complaint is that in getting near the house with his ladder he broke several branches off the bushes all along the side of the house. I don't feel that care was taken in trying to do the least damage possible. I think that they should have offered to pay for the replacement of one bush in particular that was severely damaged. They did not. Overall their paint job was fine, they were punctual and finished in a timely manner. They did make very good repairs to the broken stucco around the front windows and did a good job with painting the lamps and furniture. I thought that the wife in particular did an excellent job.

Have used this company before and will continue to do so. They are professional, timely, personable and meticulous in their work.

They took down a trampoline, a plastic pool, and cleared the debris from tree limbs that were scattered around the yard. I was very pleased with the service and they did excellent work. You can't beat the service for the price!

Showed up on time for the estimate, was very professional. Worked around my schedule, and did a great job! Finished a partially painted exterior wall and did a great job matching the color. Would definitely use him again!

The overall job went smoothly. They were available to come and do the job quickly. I had spoken to several other contractors and Greg just seemed to have the most reasonable price for the work he was doing.

Lovett enterprises was so easy work with. They are professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Not only did they complete my big jobs with ease they tackled the small ones with enthusiasm not often seen in the business.

My house is a wood frame bungalow and needed pressure washing and painting. Mr. and Mrs. Lovett arrived on time for the estimate and took a thorough look around and gave an estimate the same day. I received three estimates and theirs was the best. Mr. Lovett performed the pressure washing when scheduled and started painting the next day. When I expanded the scope of the painting, he was very accommodating. The whole job lasted three days and it was perfect. The crew cleaned up and didn't disturb the tenants. I would recoommend the Lovetts to anyone needing exterior painting.

From the phone call and the message that I left- something about my house being ugly and it needed to get fixed now- it was awsome. Greg came out for the estimate true to his word and was patient while I was on the phone with a client. He was friendly and completely awsome, taking the time to tell me the difference on the paint and gave suggestions on the trim work and then told me he would repair any wood that needed to get taken care, replace the outdoor light fixtures if I wanted and that I didn't have to do a thing. I accepted the bid without getting any others, because he left me with a great feeling. We have an ugly trimout on the front of our house- my son's bedroom window was too busy, and we discussed the different ways of making it so busy, and as a team, we decided the best way of toning it down. The window area looks so much better. All of the furniture was back in place, the things on the wall were put back up and the cleanup was amazing. Did I mention that they took the stuff out of my shed too so they could move it? They put it all back and I swear it was more organized than when they started! My neighbors have asked me if I would use him again, and they were all impressed with the time that it took and the attention to detail that was used. I cannot rave enough about the service and the quality.

They were very friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking with them and that gave us insight about their work ethic. Our property is a rental and it needed repainting. They gave us their opinions of our choices as to the quality and comparison's of Behr vs Sherman Williams . We stayed with our Behr choice and opted for their choice of sheen. They pressure washed the entire structure, sealed the cracks throughout, taped EVERYTHING, painted and cleaned everything up.. Other than the new paint on the house you would never know they had been there We are in love with the color and have already spoken to them about painting the stucco on our home. They even painted the metal frame of a porch swing and the mailbox post! We definitely recommend them to do your next painting job. You can see their work at 11604 Valencia Dr. 33584.

The siding on the upper level of the home was badly in need of repair. Greg originally contracted to replace 50 feet of siding; however, when he started the repairs, it was evident to him that he would need to replace 180 feet of "Hardie" Board, rather than the 50 feet per the original contract. Greg honored the original contract and did not charge any extra money for the increased amount of siding he had to purchase - 130 extra feet versus the original 50 foot estimate. He stood by the original contract and just did what was right to have the job done well and efficiently. He was more than fair and generous. Greg and his wife, Nanciann, worked very well as a team and did a very neat job. Concrete was patched in several areas where necessary. Wherever they painted, windows and other areas were excellently covered to prevent paint from getting into areas not meant to be painted. Wood around the window frames and eaves areas were sanded and painted over. The front porch ceiling was patched and repaired. A rusty wrought iron railing was scraped and painted. On the back porch, some shelves were removed (per customer request.) Greg and Nanciann offered to haul them away, along with a broken table, much to our delight. They also took care of and hauled away a fallen palm tree, the latter for a very small fee - so kind and generous of them. Greg's estimates were lower than the four other painters who gave us estimates for the exterior paint job. He and his wife are very professional, skilled, neat, and clean up the premises beautifully after each day's work. They are very nice people and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LOVETT ENTERPRISES. We are going to have a new fence erected in the back yard and will hire Greg to do that job for us. My husband and I look forward to seeing him and Nanciann as they come back again to put up our fence.

He started by trimming back hedges, removing an fixtures, and pressure washing the house. He removed some old wood decorative molding and placed stucco on the bare concrete beneath. He completed the painting portion over three days with detailed taping and plastic coverings. Then placed all our fixtures back and even added some new ones we had pruchased.

We had three bids and his was in the middle. He did a wonderful job. The house was built in 1974, it's a block house and it was never primed. They did a superb job of keeping the vast majority of paint chips that came off from going all over the place. They put down cloths and screens to collect them. They spent the majority of the time in prep work which is what this house needed more than anything including the power washing. They were quick.

The Lovett's did an outstanding job from start to finish. We got estimates from three different companies and the Lovett's stood out. Greg spent over an hour initially walking around the house and explaining the job in detail. He was patient in answering our questions and was very clear and concise in his responses to us. We immediately felt that Greg was very honest and straight forward. (this was not necessarily the case with the other companies). Once we selected the Lovett's, they were able to start the job in a few days. They were very thorough in prepping the house as well as the painting itself. In trenching the house, they discovered that the stucco on one side of the house had not been properly finished when the house was built. The Lovett's cemented the side of the house below the ground level to plug in the gaps that the builders had left. (this was the entire side of the house). We have had moisture problems on that side of the house but the Lovett's thoroughness with the job and filling in the gaps on the stucco has now resulted in the moisture issue having gone away. We no longer have a moldy smell in the house and the air feels noticeably drier. That alone was totally worth the price of the paint job!!! During the job, we were also getting a new front door. This required the Lovett's to work around the door guy but they were very gracious and accommodating even though I think the door guy was somewhat in their way. The paint job itself is outstanding; we constantly receive complements on the house. I would highly recommend the Lovett's to anyone who needs their house painted. Excellent service and quality!!

We started off by getting 4 bids from top rated painting companies on Angies list. The original estimates for our 1800 Sqr ft house ranged from $2,600 to $6,600. We narrowed the list to two and gave great consideration to another company because of the type of paint they were going to use. Greg adjusted his original bid to include the best paint and added some little extras in. For example, I had a leak between the aluminum roof on my covered patio and the roof/side of the house. Greg fixed that problem with no extra charge. He found a cedar wood board that had water damage and needed replacing. He just went and got a new board and replaced the old one on his own with no additional charge. His policy is if he didn't catch something in the bid process, he took care of it out of his labor cost. His new bid was $1,160 lower than the 2nd lowest bid. Part of the house was very difficult to work with as I had a dark brown oil based stain on the wood section that we wanted converted to a light colored paint. It was alot of extra work but Greg was up to the challenge. In addition to the best bid, we found that both Greg and his wife were very knowledgeable and very helpful in deciding on how to make our house look it's best with the colors we chose. Greg has 30 years in the business and you could tell that he knew exactly what he was doing. His wife, Nanciann, was the extra special detailed type. She looked for and corrected even the smallest of things that we didn't even catch. They were also very friendly, easy to get along with and easy to work with. They were the type of people you would want for a next door neighbor or friends outside the business part. It took them 3 full days to complete the work and they stayed as late as 7:00 to get the job done. By the time they were completely done, the house looked brand new even though it was built in 1988. We could not have hoped for a better job and we recommend that you contact Greg for any painting services you need.

Greg was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable. Honest, hardworking painter. Family business, his wife and son helped him with the job at times. He did a quality job all the way around. He even had some stucco experience which came in very handy since there were sections of stucco that needed to be replaced. Finished ahead of schedule; quality and workmanship of installation first rate. Went well beyond expectation in expediting the equipment and worked weekends to complete install. Was much less expensive than 3 other contractors.

He came out when he said he would and provided me with a great quote. He was very thorough and did a very nice job and I replaced my front door and he had to wait about a month and half to come back and paint that with no extra cost and I would highly recommend him. I recommended him to my parents.

Overall it went very well. Mr. Lovett started early and worked late to get the job done around our daily afternoon thunderstorms. He did a very neat job and cleaned up every evening.

Called Mr. Lovette for a quote on painting gable ends. The paint was peeling and much of the area was bare wood. The house has high ceilings and didn't want to get on the roof to paint them. I sent pictures to let him know what need to be done. He finished up a job and called to paint. He arrived, cleaned the areas, put down primer and painted in the same day. He took lunch at the time to let the first coat dry.

Quality work--finished ahead of schedule--price was the same as quoted.
