They exceeded my expecations.

This company cause THOUSANDS of dollars worth of DAMAGES to my home. I submitted a claim to his insurance...what a joke. After jerking me around for 2 months, they have basically told me I am SOL. They totaled my damages at aprox $1500 which happens to be the balance due to the contractor. How convenient! The insurance never even sent an adjuster, they had a secretary take some photos. - my adjuster has estimated $30K in damaged - I have to now file thru my homeowners insurance. I have had to foot the cost of all my repairs so far , and the damages are still not all fixed because I have to save and the fix. DO NOT EVER HIRE

This company was awesome! I own several rental properties and contract various types of work all the time. Sustainable solutions receives a five star for me because of their quick easy communication, the kindness of their customer service personne,l they showed up on time they worked quickly and efficiently (this is important to me because of the fact that I'm very busy like many people and I don't have time to wait). They provided exactly what I was asking for and cleaned up after themselves. On top of that everyone was very friendly and the price was very good in comparison to many other competitors which I checked out.

Was disappointed that Isabelle, from the office, did not get back in touch with me, as she said she would, a day before the job was to be done to give me a time that the 'guys' would show up. I left a message with Bryan, however (the honcho), and he got right back to me. The day of service, Bryan was in touch with me 20 minutes before he and the crew were to show up. Once at the house, they were efficient, courteous, but most importantly respectful of the property. Bryan was on top of his crew to make sure they did an A+ job, which they did. Highly recommended!!

Owner/manager is really on the ball, and prompt. Arrives on time, does what he says, gives excellent advice. I've already recommended him to several other construction and rehab companies.
