I had the insulation blowing my attic just a few days after installing all new duct work. A day after insulation was blown in, insulation was coming out several vent. Called A/C installer. They reported flexible duct was pulled off vent in five locations. They repaired. I called Sustainable Solutions to report problem. Very apologetic and said they would refund cost to repair A/C. Never heard from them again. To make matters worse my phone system went down at the same time. Comcast checked out the house and said a line was shorted somewhere in the attic. So now I have had to convert to all cordless phone in the house. I would never let SS in my attic again where you can not supervise installation.
