Dan was here the same day and fixed my problem within minutes. He returned to do additional work that I requested and he recommended and is going to monitor my rust prevention system which has not worked properly for some time. He responds quickly. demonstrates that he knows what he is doing and is able to resolve the problem, communicates readily. I will continue to have him follow up on any sprinkler problems that arise and for general maintenance of the system.

I called Dan and he responded back to me that day, came out the next day to survey the problem, said he would be back in two days, him and a helper showed up and spent a few hours repairing the problems. I will be calling Dan every year to have him check the system. It was nice to have a contractor show up when they said they would.

I set up an appointment for service on my sprinkler system which was showing a error code for the master valve/pump system. I scheduled the appointment for the following day and wanted to reach out to him to make sure that it went through do to the fact that this was online. He answered right away, and actually asked if he could stop by right that moment because he was in the area. He showed up 5 min later, gave me 3 options of what to do and told me the prices up front, also what he recommended was the best option long term. He had the part on his truck and fixed my issue in less than 30 min. Knowledgable, straight forward, and professional. Thank you.
