If you are particular about your home, this is a trustworthy responsive cleaning company. They are family owned and operated and if you clearly explain your expectations, they will meet them or come back and correct it. We have used them for three or four years now and we are very pleased with their service and fairness. They are very good people.

 + -1 moreI called yesterday and set an appointment for this morning at 9 am. I am traveling 40 minutes to get to the property. I was there a little early so that doesn't reflect on the service provider; however, about 5 min to 9 she called and said she was going to be a few minutes late. A 'few minutes' turned into 20 minutes. At least she called. She came prepared to do the work. However, the quote was very high for a small vacant house. She said homes without furniture actually take longer and need more attention to detail that is why the fee was so high ($250). As a result of the high fee for a small home, I did not hire her.
Description of Work: She came to give an estimate and do the work if the estimate was sufficient.

They get the work done quickly, they do an excellent job, f you need anything special they'll do anything and they'll tell you, "If I forgot anything please let me know or if you need anything done specially just let us know and we'll do it," so they're very accommodating.

Because we are real estate agents I told her that I had no appointments currently for that time, but to call me before she was going to come just in case. Well 4:00 came no person, no call. 5:00-6:00-7:00 came no call and no person. To date - now Tuesday - have not heard anything from them at all.

 + -1 moreProvider, upon initial contact, was somewhat put out that she would have to make a "40 minute drive". Then don't advertise that you will provide services in Martin County. She wanted to arrange appointment around a time that she would be in the area. I worked with her on that. Made an appointment and she was a NO SHOW. Called, left message and I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE A CALL BACK.
Description of Work: Nothing. Had an appt for June 5th to meet. Provider did not even show and did not return call when contacted to see what time she would arrive.

 + -1 moreWe expected one person to come in and clean. To our surprise a crew of 5 showed up and worked for over 3 hours. They even took our stove apart and cleaned every part of it. They got on a chair and cleaned all the fan blades and even dusted the light bulbs. They were thorough, meticulous and a lot of fun too. We highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreI contacted Bizy Bees for an estimate for a total housecleaning because I am putting my home on the market to sell. I wanted a complete job and was very impressed by their Angie's List reviews. Maxine, Alex, Brittany and Lee and Samantha arrived right before 9:00 am and finished at 3:30 !! They did a complete housecleaning ceiling to floor....ceiling fans, a/c vents, interior doors, kitchen cabinets, bathrooms complete, floors, blinds and windows washed inside and out. I have 3 sets of 3 door sliders also !! Everything was shiny clean when they finished !! I was in and out while they were here and was very comfortable leaving them in my home. They are not SPEED cleaners that rush through and use perfumy products !! They just clean and enjoy doing it. They laughed and Maxine even sings while they are working. They saying goes that if you truly enjoy your job you don't work a day in your life. I think that is how the Bizy Bee family operates. My realtor came to my house today and said it was beautiful and so well kept !! Thanks to the Bizy Bees I am ready to begin showing my house to potential buyers. I also am very likely to have them come on a regular basis to keep it up while it's on the market. If you are looking for housecleaners that will do a thorough job, Bizy Bees are who you want .

 + 0 moreI found Maxine and Alex's company on Angie's List just yesterday. Called them at 4:30 and it was meant to be! I needed a quick job because I am a teacher and it is FCAT (state testing) week, and we have company coming for a week. So... no time to do it myself. I was hesitant because I had never had anyone clean for me before, but it was a very pleasant surprise when I came home from work. They came over and did and estimate at 5:15 and they were cleaning my house by 9:00 a.m. this morning. I was very fortunate that they had a cancellation for today and were able to fit me in. They are such sweet family and I am so lucky to have found them. They made the place ready for company and I will definitely be using them in the near future!!! Thank you Bizy Bees R Us...

They also cleaned the screens and the window wells, which were filthy. I cannot adequately express how surprised and tickled I was with their work. Not only are they the best in house cleaning, they are also incredible window cleaners. By the way, they also cleaned my outside porch by spraying it down and scrubbing. It is immaculate.

Description of Work: Well, let me start by saying if you are looking for a Cleaning Service THIS IS YOUR COMPANY! I am very picky, some would say OCD, about the way I like my house cleaned. I have used Molly Maids of the Treasure Coast many times before. I used to think they did a decent job, however I never got that feeling that they did any more than I could have done myself with a little effort. Well that is just not the case with Bizy Bees R Us. When they left my house both my wife and I felt as if we received much more than we paid for and it was not just simply clean...it was immaculate! From the very first time I spoke with Maxine on the phone I felt comfortable with this company. We set an appointment for them to come to our home and give us an estimate on a one time clean. Maxine, Alex, and their daughter arrived at my home and did a thorough inspection of my home and my cleaning needs, likes, dislikes, etc. When I first got the price my initial reaction was that it was higher than if I had hired molly maids to do an initial one time clean. It would take molly maids about 2 1/2 hours with 2 people working. I decided to give Bizy Bees a try anyway regardless of the fact that I thought they where a bit more expensive.....I am soooo glad I did. There is absolutely no comparison between the two companies or any other housecleaning service, i've used a few, in my opinion. They stayed for over 5 hours cleaning my home on the initial clean and had 3 people cleaning NON STOP! I quickly realized that not only are they lower cost overall on the whole job...they are far better at what they do and leave your house so clean you would think it was a model home. They cleaned things I would have never even thought of cleaning. We now use them on an ongoing basis. On top of Great service and Price you get an honest family that works hard to keep their customers happy and is clearly vested in the business they run! I am normally not one to overuse punctuation, especially an exclamation mark when I write, but this review deserves an exclamation point at the end of every sentence. If you want a GREAT company, run and owned by GREAT trustworthy people, at a GREAT Price, and have absolutely the best cleaning job you have ever seen....Bizy Bees R Us is the company you need. Give them a shot and you will not be sorry!

 + -1 moreAfter I spoke with Maxine we settled on a time for her to give me an estimate for a weekly cleaning. The initial cleaning was a bit more which is normal. She asked me what my biggest pet peeve in the house was and I told her the floors. I have 2400 sq feet of tile that I constantly have to swiffer. I also told her my next pet peeve would be mirrors and anything shiny. I am very particular and can't stand smears. After the first cleaning I realized they are just as particular as I am. They did a wonderful job. My floors were squeaky clean and my mirrors, faucets etc were shining! I am very satisfied with the service they provided. Since I work full time it's nice to know I have someone as trustworthy as Maxine and her husband to take such good care of my house. Finally I don't have to kill myself every weekend cleaning. It's well worth the peace of mind to have Bizy Bees clean my home once a week. The price is very competitive for the area as well.
Description of Work: Bizy Bees cleans my house once a week from top to bottom. I have a 2400 sq ft house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The first cleaning was $100 but I pay $75 weekly after that initial cleaning. Maxine made a point to ask about any small shelves, pictures etc that might fall easily if they were touched. Which I actually do have a picture that falls quite easily. They pretty much think of everything. I inspected their work after the 1st cleaning and couldn't find even one thing they didn't get to. Maxine is very nice to talk to and I would highly recommend them.
