It was a Big Deal purchase. It turned out okay. There was no additional charge. They were a little on the high side but they were okay.

It was alright. It was just not as thorough a cleaning as I expected. I thought window cleaning would have been included.

My house was in need of a deep cleaning because it had been badly neglected due to a long illness in the family. Maxine and her group came around 9:30 a.m. and worked till around 2:30 p.m. and when they were finished everything was sparkling and shipshape. They all worked together and when possible used the products I like to use because I don't like to use anything that can be toxic or have chemicals in them. They were also careful with my things which I appreciated. They are a lovely family and they do top notch work and I would recommend them to anyone..

Bizy Bee Cleaning did a deep cleaning of the house after have remodeling done of the interior. They were professional, through and detailed oriented. I would recommend them to anyone for cleaning service.

For that kind of money I expected a lot more than just a house cleaning. My husband and I can do what they did in the same amount of time. I was expecting the refrigerator and oven were to be cleaned out. I thought they would clean inside the cupboards. I found a lot of areas they did not bother to clean. I will never hire them again.

The price was what they say it is. They came with a number of people and I was fascinated with how they did the work, because I would have accepted 5 people show up and go to 5 different rooms. They went into each room together, and worked top to bottom, and sang while they were doing it. They were not only a house cleaning service, they were a spiritual concert. My house sparkled from top to bottom, and so I thought the price was very good. I am going to have them back again. They were on time, and they finished in the time frame that they had told me they would finish in.

It was wonderful. There was a team that arrived, a family. They were very respectful. They did everything from the tops of door jams, baseboards, top of fridge – they just did an outstanding job. I've got such trust for them that I've already given them a key.

Everything went very well. These people are very hard workers and care about the kind of job they do. I would recommend them to anyone. They vaccumed, wiped down and dusted everything in sight.

We could not be happier with the work done by Maxine and her very nice family. As my wife said when she came home from work, "The house sparkles." All of the house was so nice and clean. They used a ladder to get over the cupboards and the high areas in the house and the fans which had not been cleaned since we moved into the house. They cleaned all of the window treatments, scrubbed the bathrooms until they shined. I don't think the house was ever this dust free. I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional everyone in the family was. Thank you for your hard work, this review is long overdue. God bless you and your family Maxine

Maxine and her crew extraordinaire (husband Alex, daughter Brittany, son David, church brother Lee) did a bang-up job cleaning our new home before we moved in. The house had sat vacant for 2 years, so was badly in need of cleaning and freshening. When they finished, it sparkled. We could smell "the clean" as we pulled into the driveway. Maxine was easy to work with and very punctual. We had a strict schedule to adhere to, having flown in from Michigan specifically to have the house painted and cleaned. Bizy Bees helped us keep that schedule, which we very much appreciated, and enabled us to move in all the furniture to wonderfully clean surroundings. We would not hesitate to recommend Maxine and her Bizy Bees to anyone needing house cleaners. They are THE BEST! And nicer folks you couldn't find.

They did a fantastic job. The tenant left the place in good condition but everything needed a good cleaning. The ladies worked on the kitchen and the baths and they were perfect when they finished. The entire crew was backing out of the living room in their stocking feet while going over the tile floors one last time. They are friendly and professional. I'm having them clean my house which quite a bit larger next I'll repost as soon as they're finished.

Bizy Bees called back in 48 hours assumingly to schedule but would not until they visited the house. Scheduled for Thursday, they never showed. Called her and she forgot about appointment.

Maxine & her crew were amazing! Fast and thorough, they worked with me for my complicated needs. They are wonderful folks and I'm so thankful for Angie's list just for finding them! I couldn't say even one bad thing, they are literally the best cleaners I've ever used!

Maxine's crew of 5 arrived on time and we did a quick run-through of the house. They got to work on different sides of the house and cleaned every nook and cranny methodically - from ceiling fans to baseboards behind furniture, including shower door tracks. Floors were clean, every surface was clean. They worked for approximately 4.5 hours. Not only were they professional, they were also very nice and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I will use them again and would definitely recommend them!!

I didn't think the price was attractive enough to have them do periodic service, and they haven't approached me for any offers. I'd use them again for one-time occasions if needed.

Maxine and her wonderful crew came and worked for me for a month while my regular housekeeper was out of commission due to a car accident. I have had 'crews' clean for me a time or two in the past, and I personally prefer to have an individual. NOT the case here. What wonderful, friendly and incredibly nice people. They were absolutely fantastic! They had two weeks of catch-up cleaning to get through first (sorry Maxine!), then kept my house shining! They did a top to bottom job, needed no direction in what needed to be done and were so trust-worthy I left them alone to clean after the first time! It was like having family clean my home - only they did a better job ;). No surface left untouched; wall picture frames dusted (even the tops), ceiling fans cleaned, furniture moved to vacuum, baseboards wiped down and glass and mirrors spotless. I thought my long-time housekeeper was the only one who cared enough to do that kind of work! I am blessed to have found them, and they are on my speed dial for the next time I need a fill-in or to refer to anyone!

Maxine and her crew showed up promptly and began the first thorough cleaning of our villa. I was highly impressed with the thorough and exceptional cleaning that they did. The crew cleaned in places that even I would not think about. I would highly recommend Bizzy Bees to anyone who values high standards in the house cleaning industry. Extremely thorough top to bottom job. Clean, honest, meticulous and extremely courteous. I enlisted them to clean my elderly mother's townhome on North Beach as she is no longer able. They could have not done a better job. Very pleased. Second time we used them and would definitely use them again and recommend them whenever I can.

Maxine has a problem with time. She has been late or come as much as two hours early and has even confused total days. The final for me was calling in after already being late to tell me she was sick. I am sure it will be put as my error as it always is. I am now retired and my previous job was with a major food company as executive assistant. I could not afford to upset his calendar by even 5 minutes, so I am well aware of scheduling. The work they do is good which keeps me from giving the lowest score.

We just moved into the home. They did a wonderful job! They came in, left the house spotless, and were very reliable. They were professional and timely! I will continue to use them in the future!
