Description of Work: This purchase was for deep-cleaning up to a 2100 sq. ft. home. My home is 2050 sq. ft., but I did not have them clean 2 bedrooms, so they only cleaned 1800 sq. ft. The team that came in to do the initial assessment stated that all was ok, but later the owner (who hadn't been there) called wanting an additional $25 because of 'clutter'. I denied the additional charge as I was uncluttering the home before they arrived the next day. This team of 5 people did a good job of cleaning my home. I cannot give them an 'A' rating, because they damaged several things in the process. An electrical outlet was hit hard, causing outages to 2 rooms (including our fish aquarium). We had to hire an electrician to find and fix the problem. Our master bath shower door was pulled off its attachment to the enclosure. Also, an irreplaceable china cup was broken, with the loose piece put carefully back into place. I discovered that a couple of days later and the company adamantly denied breaking it, saying that they found it that way. Why would I leave a broken cup sitting out? But worse, why wouldn't they have alerted me to it if they "found" it? The owner was very critical, rolling her eyes when discussing things, and actually used my microwave oven to make herself a snack without asking first for permission. I felt her attitude was very unprofessional. I do not recommend them and will not use them again.

Description of Work: They provided house cleaning service. It was OK. While they did a great job, their services were limited. It would have almost doubled the cost to clean the windows and there was an additional $50 fee as they indicated when they came out the house wasn’t ready to be cleaned. I was up front about the situation on the phone with them and I was surprised (by the fee) when they came out.

Description of Work: Full deep cleaning of a large older 4 bedroom house and it's 39 windows. Very pleased with the attention to detail. A hard-working crew of 4-6 spent 11 hours deep cleaning which hadn't been done to this home in many years. Price was a little high compared to similar services I had performed in North Georgia---but maybe that's the going rate around Vero Beach, FL. It was definitely worth every penny to move into a spotless house.

Description of Work: Couldn't ask for nicer people to work with. We asked for an additional service, windows to be washed, which added $75 to the original cost of $250. We hired them to do a deep cleaning in a one bed cottage type home. When they said their deep cleaning was top to bottom they were not kidding. The house was left from previous tenant extremely dirty. When they finished it looked amazing. Walls, floors, ceiling fans, appliances and much more were thoroughly cleaned. I am extremely picky when it comes to cleaning and I was not disappointed with the result. Considering using them on a regular basis. Definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Did not pick up rugs to do floors. Did not do blinds with wet cloth. Did not put things back where found. Found one of them searching through the laundry room cupboards. He said he was looking for swifter pads. When I asked him didn't they bring their supplies he said he didn't want to go out to the car in the driveway. At end she wanted to charge more because she said she had told Anjies list that the price was more but they never changed it. All in all would not have them back. |

Description of Work: They did a deep, super cleaning of my parents' condo. The condo had been kept too warm and damp allowing mold to grow. Maxine and her wonderful family thoroughly cleaned every surface of the condo. On a subsequent date I asked them to do the same deep cleaning of my house. They are so professional, caring, and cheerful people - a great family to work with. They will definitely be my regular, repeat cleaning crew for my house.

Description of Work: We took a little more time to connect and set a date but we finally did connect. |The entire crew is family (Mom, Dad Son and Daughter) and all of them are involved in all parts of the business. That is what I really enjoyed. My house was cleaned, top to bottom in as much time as needed. I didn't feel that they were rushing to "do the job and go". Relaxed and thorough. I paid extra for my windows and it was well worth it. The price was a bargain as opposed to other quotes I've seen for "top to Bottom". Description of Work: This couple and their 18 year old daughter came to my home on time and with their own equipment. They were intelligent, friendly, professional, and knew the questions to ask in order to do the job I wanted. I was very pleased with the results! So pleased in fact, that I have asked them to return on a regular basis. I recommend them to anyone seeking a cleaning service.
