Bosley's Roof Cleaning & Power Washing

Joe arrived a little early for the appointment but he called and said he was running early and asked if that would that be ok. He and his helper both but on shoe covers before entering the house. He turned the dryer on and went to the roof to check air flow and reported that the air flow was good. They then moved the dryer and cleaned the dryer inside front to back. Then cleaned the vent pipes from dryer to the roof. They again tested the air flow on the roof vent and stated that the air flow was very good. He showed me pictures of what had been removed from the vent system and explained what all he had done. They then cleaned up all areas they had worked in, delivered an invoice for work done and departed. I am very satisfied with the work they did and the manner in which it was done. Very professional.

Provided email estimate after I contacted him on the phone. Arrived on time. Covered shoes to eliminate dirt being brought into house. Very polite and neat appearance. Cleaned dryer vent and power washed patio and driveway; even cleaned curb in front of house without my asking. Good appearance of truck and seemed well equipped for jobs -- both vent cleaning and power washing. Stuck to estimated price and made no attempt to come up with job complication that would cost me more money. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend him to others in my homeowners association.

Arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning the gutters. He didn't leave any dirt, leaves etc on the grounds and cleaned up after himself. Very Pleased. I was so pleased that when he offered to power wash the driveway and sidewalk I agreed and he did it right on the spot fo $35.00 and it looked brand new when he was done. Very professional and does excellent work I will definitely use him again.

First time they visited, the water hadn't been turned on, so we needed to reschedule. Very good communication - they let me know when they would be back and met that commitment. Home looks brand new - highly recommend!

My HOA sent me a letter of violation for mold on my driveway which needed to be taken care of immediately. I contacted Joe Bosley's Power Washing Company who responded immediately to my call. He came over the same day I called to check out the work to be done. Joe gave me an excellent price to power wash my driveway, pathway,sidewalk,and curb that I decided to have him power wash my pool cage and cement deck. An appointment was immediately setup for the following day in the afternoon. The next day, Joe came earlier to do the job. As soon as he came, he set his helper up to power wash the pool cage and deck while he worked power washing my driveway, pathway, sidewalk, curb, etc. The job took approximately two and a half hours to complete on an extremely hot day. Plus, he gave me a 10% senior citizen discount. Joe and his worker did an excellent job. They were courteous, hard working, and very considerate of my situation. I would use them again for all my power washing needs and recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Joe for immediately helping me take care of my HOA violation.

Bosley's responded quickly and set an appointment. All work was done professionally and in a timely fashion - although they did leave a water hose on - thankfully we caught this before nightfall and turned it off.

Joe and his assistant are terrific - very punctual, courteous, professional and hard working. I've already recommended him to several neighbors and we will definitely use him again.

He was wonderful and price wise he was honest. He didn't have to come into my house because another duct company had already cleaned that part, so he went up on the roof and right away showed me the blockage of the lint in the trap. It only took him 15 minutes to do it and he told me that he wasn't charging me as much. He was very honest because he could've charged the amount he quoted me on the phone. He was considerate and professional. Other people charged way more than that. He came out when he was supposed to and was just terrific. I would get him again. He told me that I should have it done every year because of the way the lint trap goes up through the roof and not straight out it would get buildup. He was good.

My phone message was promptly returned by Joe and we agreed to an 8am start early the next week. Joe and his associate showed up on time and got right to work. They finished the work quickly and picked up after themselves. Great experience and I recommend Joe to other Angie's List members.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They did a good job. He called me back the next day or the same day to schedule. I paid additional because I also had them do a driveway and sidewalk. They were here when they said they would be and they did a great job. I would possibly call them again.

The siding looks like new. He washed all the mildew off the wood. I am using this company again. They are professional and respond when stated.

Turned up on time, introduced himself, got on with work, explained what he had done and went on his way. Perfect.

Joe was very responsive and was able to fit me in earlier than original date. Arrived early, and went right to work. First cleaned out the dryer vent which hasn't been done in years. The dryer now runs better than when it was new, and they cleaned up all the dust/lint. The house wash really brightened the paint and trim. I originally thought the fascia would have to be repainted, but after the cleaning they look like new. Sidewalk and driveway came out great and he even cleaned the mailbox and post.

Bosley's was incredible. Fast, friendly, reliable and thorough. I was so pleased with the quality and professionalism of the services provided. While they were a little more expensive than two other companies I priced, I felt very satisfied that I made the right choice in going with Bosley's to do the work.

He did a very good job and also washed my driveway, sidewalk, and all the decks around the house. He washed the windows as well.

I contacted Joe Bosley to pressure wash my house and landscaping bricks. He was very helpful and professional. His price was great. His guys came out to pressure wash and they did a great job! We didn't have high expectations of how the landscaping bricks would come out as we have had them for a long time and they were very very dirty. However, they came out beautifully! So much better than we expected. I contacted Joe when the job was done and told him there was a small landscaping area I forgot to mention that needed pressure washing and I asked him if the next time his guys were in the area if they would mind pressure washing that small area and that I would pay them additionally. They came out and did it one day when I wasn't home and never charged me. It looks great and I would definitely use them again!

I had previously used a large company for dryer vent cleaning with no issues, except this time they didn't want to come out "all the way to my house" unless they had other appointments in my area. So, I called Bosley's, got Joe, he came immediately, did a great job and saved me $$.

Service took about 30 minutes. Dryer performance is now greatly enhanced. Service was prompt and efficient with no mess whatever.

They showed up here within the time they said they would. They were real pleasant guys.
