Bosley's Roof Cleaning & Power Washing

Bosley came to my house and pressure washed my 2 story house before the holidays. I had a lot of mildew near the window corners. They also removed wasp nests under my front door awning and pressure washed my front door and a part of my fence at no extra charge. They were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and my house looks beautiful. A huge improvement.

He was great. Bought the special online and made arrangements for the other items when he got here. Extremely courteous, prompt, and well priced. He is my new go to guy for pressure washing and dryer vent cleaning as he does that too! Thank you.

Everything about this service was excellent. They arrived on time, explained the process and then got on with it. After they left, no trace of them could be found except a glisteningly clean house -- sides, eaves, screened lanai, entryway, garage door, and mailbox. My windows sparkled like crystal! So I can see the results from both inside and outside of my home. I definitely recommend them.

We have had Bosley?s Roof Cleaning & Power Washing service our home three times thus far over the past two years for various needs. Most recently to power wash our roof, power wash the driveway and side walk. Each time we called the company was extremely responsive, reliable and did a really great job. Our HOA is very demanding and Joe is very conscientious and always made sure everything was done exactly as should be done meeting the high standard that a customer deserves and expects. They pay attention to detail. I appreciate their reliability and responsiveness. We find their pricing to be fair as well.

Currently we have our house on the market for sale and with an open house coming up in two days I decided to have our white vinyl fence pressure washed since washing by hand was far too exhausting. Checked a couple companies via Angie's List and Joe from Bosley quickly responded. Told Joe what I needed over the phone, gave me an estimate and scheduled me for next day! I was impressed by the response, price and timeline. Joe and his work arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work. Joe was very polite and courteous. Showed us the chemicals they used and explained the process. When they arrived I decided to have both sides of the fence cleaned and Joe worked out a very fair price of $85 total! I was very pleased with the end results as they managed to remove 2 yrs worth of mold, dirt and grime from the entire fence. These guys are top notch and will definitely recommend them to anyone interested in pressure washing!

Have used Bosley's in the past on my home for window cleaning. On time and professional. Windows are spotless and they have had to climb out on a third story roof to get to some, as well as using extension ladders within my house. The past service included a power "soft" wash of the outside of the house. The North side is really a full 3 stories and green with mold and the rest of the house had not been power washed in years,if ever, so the vinyl siding was dingy to say the least. It really does look like a new house.

No complaints, everything was put back intact. Dryer is working more efficiently to say the least. Very prompt, easy to get a hold of. I plan to do this regularly. It really is dangerous to let the dryer lint sit for long periods of time.

Service from Bosley's was wonderful. House looks 100% better. Had the House Soft Wash and Power wash of driveway and sidewalk. He definitely takes pride in the work they do. Will definitely use them again.

WOW! They arrived on time and got started before I was home. Joe was great and his helper didn't wait to be told what to do. They both got the job done pronto and without complaint.They even cleaned some last minute requests such as the shed and limestone.Overall price was well within my budget. They are a good team. Even my guard dog loved them!

Joe was on time. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. The deal was for a pressure wash of the house, but he also did my front and back porch, my drive way and my walk way. I am very pleased with the job he did. I will definitely hire him again.

Joe and a team of two others pressure washed my home. I don't know if he always has two helpers, but it made the job go faster with two people washing. I thought the results were excellent. Although I didn't ask him to do this, he also pressure washed several pieces of lawn furniture that were sitting on my front porch. After he finished, he pointed out several things about my house that needed attention like a small area of rotted fascia board. I think I will also have him do my driveway when it needs cleaning. Unlike some others, he uses your email address (if you say okay) to keep in touch about any specials he may have.

I have a very long dryer vent that goes out to the roof and he did a superb job cleaning up all the lent accumulated over six years. I was happy with their work and even referred them to a family member for a different job.

It went very well. The driveway looks better and my clothes are drying faster! They were neat and clean.

The dryer vent is through the wall to the top of the roof. He made sure it was clear top to bottom. He was extremely fast and did a fantastic cleaning up. Very efficient and very polite.

Joe, was professional and his work was impressive. He called ahead of time and emailed after the job to be sure we were satisfied. Joe arrived on time, did his work, and left as though he was never here except for a different roof color on our home. They took care of damage to any landscaping. A soft wash used so as not to damage asphalt shingles. The roof looked great upon completion. Thanks Bosleys!!

It went really well. They climbed on the roof took off our gutter guards and cleaned and hosed out our gutters and down spouts. Very little mess left behind. You just can't get all the leaves.. Lol.. Over all very impressed and look forward to working with them again.
