The company is super responsive. As soon as I purchased the "deal" through Angie's List -- they called me to set up a convenient time to complete job. They were able to be here the next business day between 8 and 9 am. Joe Bosley arrived right on time. He is very professional and thorough. He immediately covered his shoes as to not bring any residue from the outside....began cleaning vent system, did meticulous check on roof to make sure vent was clean and had good air flow. Cleaned up everything and was all completed in a very timely, professional and ethical manner. I highly recommend Bosley Roof Cleaning and Power Washing. Came out to do the house Mar 4, but needed to re-sked the others because the tech was by himself, and the appointment was later in the day due to my wife working nights and needing to sleep. Completed thoroughly and expeditiously. They returned to the house Mar 13, and completed the lanai, screen enclosure, driveway and sidewalks. Though they did a great job on the house, they did an even better job on the remaining places. We had considerable amounts of mildew on the screen enclosure, and it was removed without damaging the screens. They used just the right amount of pressure needed to complete the job, not 3000 PSI to blast any and all away. I must also comment on the value. I paid for a standard sidewalk, at a very reasonable price. But we have a corner house, and have essentially double the amount of sidewalk regular houses have. They did the entire sidewalk at no extra charge, going up the side of the house and past it, until the sidewalk ended and the HOA/development lawn started. One minor thing: they did the sidewalk up to the porch, but didn't do the porch. I can do it with mine; it's a very small porch, but the difference in color is noticeable now between the porch and sidewalk. I would have liked them to call me to solicit doing it, and happily paid the charge as an omission or lapse on my part to include it. Lesson learned for me, this is not anything against them. I will definitely use Bosley's again in the future, and highly recommend them to all our friends in the neighborhood.

They were wonderful. There were 2 of them, one was cleaning, the other went up on the roof and cleaned up on the roof and they worked together as a team.

This is the second time I've used Bosley's Roof Cleaning & Powerwashing. Reasonable prices and very professional service. I've recommended them to friends, neighbors and family in the area. The two guys who completed the work this time were once again outstanding - punctual, courteous and overall did an outstanding job. Highly recommended.

They arrived on time. Very professional agents cleaned the dryer vent out in just a short period of time. Cleaned the surrounding area and showed me the amount of lint he disposed of from my vent. I would have this business to do this every year.

My Mom's Dryer took a long time to dry clothes, towels, bed sheets, etc. I had contacted Bosley's on 3/10/2014, & scheduled them to come over to do a Dryer Vent Cleaning. Brad, from Bosley's, had called me prior to the appointment and stated that they were on there way to the house. They (Brad & Yusef) were early and was completely surprised at their professionalism and cleanliness in doing what needed to be done to get the dryer in good working condition. They showed me what the problem was and it was the lint buildup in the dryer and other areas affecting the performance of the dryer. I'm surprised that it takes only a very short time now to dry towels, clothes, and other things that were washed. This will save us $$$. Brad & Yusef advised that the dryer vent cleaning should be performed annually, and they also stated that the $59.95 price that I had paid would be locked in for three (3) years. Again, I would hire this company for their employees promptness, professionalism, pricing, and efficiency.

They were on time and reviewed the job with me before starting to make sure we all agreed on the price of the extra work. I left them alone and went back to work. I came home to a beautiful pressure washed house, driveway, pavers and shed. Yes I will use them again. most likely when all the oaks are done with the pollen.

After an initial cancellation due to rain, two very nice and very capable young men arrived right on time, cleaned my dryer vent and roof vent and were finished in about 25 minutes. They wore booties to keep the floors clean. They were careful not to move the dryer too much (it's gas) and cleaned up everything during their visit. I will definitely use them again....great service for the price.

I received a prompt response from Bosley's after my purchase. I received a phone call to schedule an appointment and an email confirmation. Brad cleaned the dryer vent and made sure it was venting as it should. He cleaned up the laundry area before leaving. Great service from a nice professional young man.

Owner and one associate appeared at my house earlier than scheduled, after he had called to let me know he had finished a few jobs earlier than he planned and asked if I would mind if he attended to our dryer vent problem around 9:15 instead of between 11AM and 1:30PM. I accepted and he kept his word. The two of them efficiently and professionally investigated both from the bottom of the 12 foot dryer vent going to the roof and told me I was nearly packed in all the way to the roof. The associate worked from the bottom and pulled out nearly 3 to 4 feet of impacted dryer lint, while the owner went to the roof and cleaned out another 12 inches of clogging lint. The provider used proper ladders and good rotating brushes with extensions, were polite and friendly, all while genuinely being on a mission to truly help protect my home from the fire and health hazards of a blocked dryer duct. In addition, when they noticed that the existing aluminum flexible duct coming from the dryer to the wall in the Laundry room was a bit too long to properly fit the dryer in the space, they took it upon themselves to cut the flexible duct to the proper length and then made sure it was sealed properly. The results of the their work have made the dryer 40% more efficient and all loads, including towels now dry the clothes within 20 to 30 minutes instead of over an hour. Also the daily dust accumulation in the house is down about 95% since the dryer ductwork cleanout. This is an example of a simple service that probably saved me from catching the house on fire.

Excellent, He found a build up of lint in the venting system, and inside the dryer, and helped with a dryer door problem. He did great, above and beyond and then added us to his yearly reminder list, so we never forget to clean the venting system again.

The friendly two man team arrived on time, quickly and efficiently performed the service, cleaned up the laundry room afterward and gave a recommendation to replace the vent cover outside the house. They also noticed a loose fitting where the vent attached to the exhaust tube and fixed that. This is a service I had been needing for a long time, but dreaded doing myself. It was a great value, particularly in the peace of mind in protecting our house from fires. Great job - recommended!

The company has outstanding customer service. They are honest, reliable, dependable, and very reasonable priced. The technician was outstanding and took care of my house like it was his own. Purchased the Big Deal, made appointment, and they arrived exactly on time. They were knowledgeable and swiftly cleaned the dryer vent from both the roof and laundry room to ensure complete cleaning. Both men were considerate of my home - even wore foot coverings so as not to soil our laundry room! Nice touch! I highly recommend Bosley's - and would use them again for any of the other services they perform. They are very reasonable and professional.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and they did an excellent job. They came with a vacuum cleaner, opened up the dryer and ran their vacuum cleaner through the dryer vent and then they went to the outside of the house. The dryer seems to be working much more efficiently now. They were on time, which is unusual for contractors. They were neat and they finished promptly. I did not pay them anything extra other than the big deal purchase.

The service turned out very well. Scheduling was good; they were able to come out within two days of my call. There were two technicians and they were done in about an hour. They were very thorough and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

I bought a deal on Angie's List after checking out the ratings for this company and I have no complaints. The appointment was scheduled quickly, he was on time and very thorough. He even had to go up on the roof, because our dryer vents up (which seems a little counter productive to me, but that was the builder's brainy idea.). At any rate, he knew what needed to be done, did a good job and was friendly. I will definitely use this company again.

I purchased a coupon with them late Tuesday night they called me within 15 minutes and set up an appointment for 48 hrs later. They did a phenomenal job. The price was reasonable. They were extremely professional, and courteous. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
