Very meticulous in the coverage of the exterior. Cleaned lights etc. in addition to siding. They were careful not to damage landscape and while I did not contract to have the pavers clean they rinsed them thoroughly to leave a fresh appearance overall. I am please with the service provided and happy to write a review for Safe Touch Pressure Washing.

The owner provided me a quotation and date for the service. They were on time, efficient, neat and professional.

I puchased this "Deal" on March 17 on my credit card. I called Charles the same day and left a voice mail with all pertinent information and requested a return call to set a date and time for him to perform this service. Since I heard nothing, I called again on 3/19 and left a vm again with all pertinent information. Charles returned my call on 3/20 but thought he was returning a call to a customer he talked to that morning. He asked that I send him an email with all pertinent information.I did so immediately asking him to call me with a date and time or simply respond by email. Since I again heard nothing I emailed him again on 3/25 requesting a scheduled date and time for him to perform the purchased service. He responded via email at 11:41 p.m. on 3/26 and advised he could perform the service on 3/30 if that date was good for me otherwise it would be the end of the following week. He also advised he had looked at property via google maps and he quoted a price of $150.00 if I would like my driveway, my walkway, city walkway and back patio done. I responded via email at 8:16 a.m. on 3/27 to advise that day would not work for me and to please advise me of an alternate date and that since the driveway and walkways were new I would not need the additional service. I heard nothing from Charles. I followed up with another email on 4/4 and again requested an alternate date. I still heard nothing. I emailed again on 4/8. He responded that evening and apologized for "overlooking" my job and that he had me confused with another customer. He advised he could perform the service on 4/10 and because he "dropped the ball" offered a free driveway cleaning. He emailed again that evening to advise he had to reschedue to 4/12 and included a free walkway for the scheduling problems and advised he would be at my home by 10:00 a.m. if that date was acceptable to me. I emailed him back and advised that Friday the 12th would be fine with me and that, again, I did not need the driveway or the walkway done but would like to substitute the much smaller paver walkway for free and would that be okay. He responded on 4/9 and said yes the substitution would be fine and he would be at my home no later than 10:00 a.m. that day. On Friday 4/12 he called me at 9:15 to advise he was having mechanical difficulties and said he would be at my home around 11:00. He called at 11:15 and said his GPS said he should be there in 30 minutes. He arrived just before noon to perform the purchased service. Once there, and to his credit, Charles not only performed the service I purchased and the free paver walkway, but he also pressure washed my deck, my gazebo, my patio furniture, my front porch, my walkway and the city sideway all at no extra charge and advised he was doing so because of the scheduling problems, mechanical problems, etc. The entire job took him and his one helper right at one hour. This purchased service took almost one month from purchase date to schedule and complete. On the surface you might think I got a really good deal. While the additional services were nice (though I suspect were performed more in the hopes of a good rating) they would not have been necessary and I would have been far more appreciative if Charles had just taken the initiative to communicate with me from the beginning instead of me having to repeatedly reach out to him only to be ignored on several occasions. That small communications effort would have provided good customer service and good customer service is something I place a very high value on, a value equal to quality of work. Charles consistently failed to provide good customer service. Had he provided that service all he would have had to do was pressure wash my home, the only service I purchased, and I would have been a satisfied customer. I understand he may have been overwhelmed by the response to the "deal" offered on Angie's List and that sometimes weather and other unforeseen problems can arise, but communications is key and would have resolved any customer service issues I experienced. Before Charles left he advised that he would be altering his territory coverage on Angie's List to just East of I-95 as it's more cost effective. Make's sense. As he's located in Ponte Vedra, he advised that was a part of the scheduling problem as he doesn't schedule this side of town (Westside) more than once a month, if that. Would have been nice had he communicated that in the beginning and we could have worked toward that end together. Additionally, one of the reasons I selected his service is that he advises on Angie's List that he uses green products or performs his services in a way that's healthy for the environment. Unfortunately, I had not done my due diligence and read all of the reviews prior to purchasing the deal. When he arrived and before he began his work, I inquired as to what "green" product he uses. He just looked at me. I suggested that "bleach" (which I determined from another unhappy customer on Angie's List) is not considered a "green" product. He stated he uses the same product that's in our drinking water and actually said "it's the same s***". I presume he's referring to chlorine, also not a "green" product. There are "green" products on the market that can do the job well. Also, his response was not what I would expect from a professional individual. Since he was finally here and I'd already paid for the service, and because I didn't do my due diligence in reading all reviews before I made the purchase, I let him go ahead with the understanding he would protect the shrubs/plants around the perimeter of my home. As I stood outside and watched him perform his service, the smell of bleach or chlorine was very strong. The protection consisted of spraying clean water on the plants to wash off the cleaning solution. That did protect the plants. In conclusion, the house looks good as does everything else he cleaned. I truly wish I could give him a better rating, but since I value customer service at the same level as quality of work and because Charles consistently failed to provide good customer service, I feel the rating I've provided is appropriate. I've used other service providers found on Angie's List and have always provided an "A" rating, but in good conscience I can't do it this time.

I received a quote over the phone and the team arrived on time and pressure washed the patio, front porch, driveway and sidewalk. Also cleaned gutter where house meets screen enclosure. Charles said he could stop in more frequently to clean this problem area all I need to do is send him an email. My overall experience was good and I am glad to know this will no longer be a problem for me.

These guys did a great job. They were fast, thorough and seemed to be happy doing it. I definitely will have them back when I need their service

Charles and his team arrived as promised and wasted no time in setting up their equipment. Aside from the house, I asked Charles for a quote on washing two other structures; the additional price was very fair and he also included the sidewalks along the property. SafeTouch did such an outstanding job on my house, summer kitchen, patio, driveway and sidewalk that I no longer need to paint. They even cleaned mold and mildew off my patio furniture! With all their hard work, the cleaning took the exact time that they estimated. I highly recommend SafeTouch for the quality of their work along with their professionalism, attention to detail and price.

The job went very well. The only problem was burned bushes and grass from bleach, even though they said it would not happen.

After purchasing the deal on Angie's List, I contacted the vendor the following week. Charles called back promptly and was able to meet our busy scheduled by coming out the following Saturday. We had to leave before Charles was able to finish but was amazed at the job he performed when we returned later in the day. We were very appreciate of the results. Our house looked new again!Fantastic Job! Thank you for doing such a great job!

Wow, the place is sparkling. I should have done this every year. Safe Touch is fast efficient prompt. They were a pleasure to work with.

It went as well as it possibly could. The rain two days before delayed the start but on the 15th Charles did the job and the house looks like new.

Charles was pressure cleaning the house next door and approached me about cleaning mine. His service included complete cleaning of the entire exterior of the home, soffits, patio, furniture, pavers and sidewalks, and windows. He and his men did a good job and everything look much brighter and cleaner after he was finished. Gone was the grime, mold and pollen. I would use his service again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Great experience. The price was good. They finished the job in the promised amount of time and the results were FANTASTIC. I couldn't be more HAPPY and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Charles and crew did an outstanding job. They were prompt, professional and very thorough. Their state of the art equipment produced results that surpassed my expectations. I have used some " back of the pick up truck" guys to do this in the past, and the contrast of the end results was extremely noticable. Both of my kids immediately noticed " how bright and clean" everything looked when they independently returned home from college last week. Bottom line : Safetouch did a D*** good job and I highly recommend them to all my Cypress Creek neighbors who get those nasty notes from our HOA.

They were on time just as promised and on the coldest morning of the week, but that didn't slow them down. They did an excellent job and made sure we were happy before leaving the site. The owner, Charles, was on site working right along with his team and I have to say, he has a warm personality and we will certainly use his services in the future, and recommend him highly to others.

The flatwork turned out good and there was significant improvement in much of the house. However, when I inspected the work, the front porch was still very dirty. I ran my finger down one of the front porch columns and a black line instantly showed. Upon pointing this out to the Safetouch owner, he became agited, said it must be some kind of pollution, he has never had this problem, but doesn't have time to hand scrub all of this. Went on to say that he primarily does commercial buildings with the chemical wash. To his credit, he washed it again but it remained dirty with the "pollution" and I didn't have the energy or time to debate and demand further improvement. It seems clear to me that the type of washing they do is to remove biological growth and light staining. Disappointing that he sold a service for a property type that he is not familiar with and then put the responsibility on the homeowner. When I bought pressure washing, I thought my house would be clean once complete. Was that an unreasonable assumption?

Did a great job. Originally only wanted the house pressure washed, but they did the driveway, sidewalk and windows for the same price. They showed up on time and were finished with the job very fast. Everyone was friendly and proffesional.

While this company has many good reviews, I had a horrible experience with them. The negotiation for roof cleaning included a detailed explanation of the necessity of covering plants to protect them from caustic chemicals. The driveway discussion was satisfactory. I had the roof, gutters, driveway and sidewalk cleaned a little over a year ago for $250. I thought that his explanation of charging $750 for the work was high, but he was willing to come down in price with this proviso: "You had better give me a great review for Angie's List." I thought the comment was unprofessional, but he had all positive reviews on Angie's List so I wondered whether he negotiated with other clients in the same way. It should have been a clarion bell of warning. We agreed upon a date for the work. There was no written agreement of any kind ever offered so that everything would be clear. As long as he cleaned my roof and gutters as agreed I was OK. I received a call asking if he could reschedule that he had a client that had an important engagement coming up. I said not problem. Give me a call to reschedule when you have time available, this is not a time sensitive job. He called back about a week later, didn't show on the day he was scheduled. Two days later I called him. He had lost my telephone number. We rescheduled again. The owner arrived with two men and his trailer. He said it was colder on Amelia Island than Jacksonville and he was going to get something a little warmer. He instructed his employees to fill his large tanks on the trailer with water, (from our faucet), then to get started on the roof. He left. The employees did the roof and made no provisions to protect the shrubs and patio furniture. I hurriedly moved the cushions to the furniture, but there was not much I could do about the plants. I noticed that the workers had not cleaned the gutters. I asked the employees if their boss was going to be back soon and was told that the owner was canvassing the neighborhood for more business. There are no soliciting signs on the entrances to the subdivision. That was really unprofessional. When I next saw the owner he complimented me on the fruit he had picked from our tree and had eaten. Asking in advance would have been appreciated. I asked him why the gutters were not cleaned. He responded, "That was not part of our agreement." My response was that I had called him to clean the roof and gutters, why would you clean one and not the other? He then told his employees to clean the gutters, which they did using the pressure washers spray nozzles.The employees were not happy about his direction and made no effort to hide their dissatisfaction . My wife wanted to know why the shrubs and other flowering plants were not covered. She expressed concern that they would be burned by the strong chlorine. She also wanted to know why one of our hoses was left running for well over an hour, unattended, in the back yard. I suggested that she speak with the owner as I had concerns already. She went out to speak with the owner. My wife cautiously approached the owner as he was busy spraying chlorine in the cement joints of our driveway. She called out to him to introduce herself and was greeted with, "I am done here, and I am on "Angie's List" with over 20 great reviews, and not any complaints." She said she had a couple of questions for him please if he did not mind. She continued down the walkway in his direction and asked about the plants and blooms. He told her not to worry the plants would be fine and the chlorine would be washed into the dirt. Just as my wife approached, he turned away from her as if to dismiss her. As he turned he hit the side of his leg with the chlorine nozzle squirting my wife directly in the face, hair, neck, and chest with the caustic chemical. She let out a yelp and ran back up the walk and into the house, the owner was so involved with his sprayer he did not even ask why she ran away, so she yelled back to him, "You sprayed me in the face!!" She was frightened and burning like fire, thank God her glasses blocked a direct hit to her eyes. She ran inside, headed for the kitchen sink and literally put her face under the faucet to wash away the burning chlorine. I was angered by his carelessness and by the way, not one of his employees uses safety glasses or gloves. I went out immediately to speak with him and he apologized, he said he was not aware he had sprayed her until she yelled and ran inside. He then said to me, "Haven't you ever been in an auto accident before? These things just happen." Wow, what a guy. The owner walked to the patio door to inquire about my wife and to apologize. He then told her he would give her $10 to pay for her shirt and that if it would make her feel any better he had sprayed himself directly in the face before. She was not impressed, and it had nothing to do with a $10 offered for her shirt. Should you choose to do business with this company I suggest a written agreement of work to be performed and how it will be performed. Second, obtain an insurance certificate in case he or one of his workers are injured on your property, or heaven forbid you are injured by one of them. I can say this with certainty, Safe Touch is not safe and I will never do business with them again.
