Safe Touch Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning

Mr. Worthy was punctual and made promises he did not keep. He said he would remove the furniture from the porch, power clean the porch and power clean all outdoor furniture. His exact words were, "Tonight you'll be able to hold a party on this porch and patio". It was disappointing to return and find the porch floor dirty and the furniture untouched. When I called for an explanation he made comments about the age of the furniture (some is about 3 years old). I asked if he stayed at the job to the end and he answered, "No". He promised he would come out to look it over. All during our conversations, Mr. Worthy said he couldn't leave his office until after 9AM. Imagine my surprise when I missed his visit around 8:30AM. I called his cell phone repeatedly before 9AM, but he didn't return my call. We had a number of telephone conversations and emails in the days following where Mr. Worthy made confusing statements as well as some rather insulting ones. I gave up because it wasn't worth the stress. He did the house and driveway OK, and that's what I paid to have done. The problem came from disappointments from promises made and not kept. C'est la vie.

We called Safe Touch for an estimate, the owner/manager promptly returned the call and gave an estimate over the telephone. I thought this might require a personal visit prior to getting the price but he said that wasn't necessary. The house had some mildew on the eaves and soffit which was removed, even on the second story. The driveway and walks came out great. There was some slight burning of the grass in one area, mostly due to runoff from the drive cleaning, this was much less than expected. The crew completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Would not hesitate to call this company again or to recommend them.

Safe Touch did a great job. Cleaning solution marred the finish on some of the door knobs. Would request to avoid door knobs and hinges on next visit.

It went very well. We have used Safe Touch before and each time they not only clean the deck and house, they clean all our pool furniture and pool floats. Everything comes out sparkling clean particularly the enclosure screens. They are very gentle with the paint on our house and the screens around our pool.

This was like magic. Arrived on time, several guys went straight to work moving things close to house. Before I knew it everything was done. Plants were fine, the house and areas were clean as a whistle, I paid the owner, while everything was put back in place and then they were gone. From start finish a little less than an hour. The windows sparked, the paint job looked brand new, and I was a happy homeowner.

They arrived as scheduled and did the work. My only complaint was I thought they would use detergent rather than bleach. I lost some flowers and when I walked outside when they left, bleach dripped on my shirt and faded it! I guess I should have paid more attention. Other than that, everything looked wonderful. They worked quickly and were very polite.

The quality of the work was excellent. Initially there were some problems with communication but Charles made up for it with the quality of his work and his price.

Went very good, arrived on time went right to work and finished in about 2 hours. Work performed as requested. Results were excellent.

Called on phone two days ago. Came today and performed service. Offered to also clean block wall in back of house but did not want.

I called Safetouch after reading the reviews on Angie's List. They were available to come pressure wash the house that same day! They arrived around 4:30 PM, as promised, and left at 6 PM. Everyone was friendly and worked hard to get every little detail. We are so pleased with the way the house looks now. Pressure washing makes a huge difference! I thought the price was very reasonable too. Other pressure washing companies were quoting around $400 but Safetouch was only $250 and same day service! What a deal. They even pressure washed a couple of pieces of our patio furniture while they were there just because they thought it needed to be done. I have already recommended Safetouch to one of my friends, and will definitely keep recommending them in the future.

Our home is two years old. One of the concerns we had in hiring out our pressure washing was possible damage to our home's paint due to high psi use and inexperience using a pressure washer. When we saw the Angie's list recommendation for Safe Touch, I called specifically because they mentioned in the ad that no more than 150 psi would be used during the job to prevent damage to any surfaces-- and that they could clean any surface. The team was very prompt, courteous and professional. We will definitely use Safe Touch in the future. Everything looks brand new! You will be very satisfied with this company's work.

Job went great. Everything looks great and would use them again. Considered buying a pressure washer but who has the time or extra money to get it done and do it right. Very impressed with the end result. House looks brand new.

Purchased $400 pressure washing package (on Thursday) on Angie's list and immediately called for appointment. Was told, by Charles, they were slammed with everyone wanting work done before the holiday on Monday. I was instructed to send an email to his yahoo account recapping our conversation and that he would call me Tuesday. I sent the email immediately. No call came Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday night, I sent another email requesting an appointment. Here is is Thursday and still no response from Charles. If this is the type of service just to attempt to book an appointment for a service that has been paid in full, I am concerned about the service if something goes awry on the job site. I'll bet this review gets a response! Since I can't even get anyone to respond to my request to schedule an appointment, I want my money back! UPDATE: Charles called Friday (the day after this was posted) and asked "are we supposed to come to your house today?". I told him "no, you were supposed to call Tuesday to schedule an appointment." His response was "Yeah, sorry. We have been busy." I told him I had canceled the order and had submitted an unfavorable review on Angie's List. He hung up on me.

It's been 4-5 years since I last had our house pressure washed. For whatever reason, mildew kept collecting on the house and the concrete surfaces and it was starting to become an eyesore (at least in my mind). I selected Safe Touch, both because of their consistently high marks and they had a Big Deal offer ($249 vs. their regular $450). Chuck and his team showed up at 9:30 on Memorial Day. After I showed them the locations of the facets for the sprinkler system, they right to work. As indicated by the service, they chemically washed the walls, gutters, softets, garage- & front door. The team then attacked porch, patio, driveway, and sidewalks. The result: a greatly improved curbside appearance. The price difference between the Big Deal and what I payed was $100 (for the driveway, sidewalks, & patio). The total time for the job took about an hour. Chuck and his team were very professional, polite, and courteous. For the quality of the service provided, it was great value. Even without the Big Deal ($450 + $100), it would still be money well-spent. We will definitely use Safe Touch again should we require their services before we move.

Charles was professional from the start. He was courteous in setting up service and in making a necessary adjustment to our scheduled time. He and his team were prompt on the day of service. They did great work...the house looks great! Charles and team saved me hours of work and did a professional job. I already set a reminder on my calendar to schedule the service again next year. Great work! Great price! Courteous and professional service! I subscribe to Angie's List so I can find great people and companies like Charles and Safe Touch Pressure Wash. I would recommend Safe Touch to friends and family.

They were great! The whole crew was courteous, professional, efficient and skilled. They came in and did a thorough job, cleaning more than I anticipated. The house looks new and the concrete is so clean it hurts to look at in the sun. My husband and I were so impressed we wonder why we didn't do this sooner. Thanks Safe Touch Pressure Washing!

Fantastic service, very professional and great job all-round.

They came the first time, did my house in 10min max 20.. left my patio door wide open with all my patio sofa cushions outside on the floor wet including all my kids toys. I could not tell if they washed anything or maybe they were coming back!! and did not.. so I called and a very nice man ancerd and seemed very willing to make me happy and come back to redo the job. Unfourtunitly came bake for another 10 min,never knocked on the door and the job was not satisfying...sorry.

He couldn't do the job on the day because it was raining,he showed up when weather cleared,he did a great job on time and perfectly.

It went fairly well. My neighbor was upset about the chemical on his plants, but there was no damage. There was some leakage as a result due to pressure washing in the wrong direction but they did remove all of the mold.

Very responsive. It has rained a lot recently so it took them a couple of days to get out but blame mother nature not the crew. For the money you'd spend on a lousy home pressure washer that would never be powerful enough to get the job done, these guys can do it right.

The first appointment schedule was a no show. I called the owner and he said he was having equipment problems so we rescheduled. He did show up the second time with 2 workers. After he negotiated doing additional work he left and returned after the work was completed. The owners and the workers were very polite and aimed to please. The house , driveways and sidewalk looked great. When it dried we noticed that the one side of our house up high did not look clean. We called the owner and he returned with his workers and redid the one side of our house at no additional charge. We were pleased with the company and would get them again.
