Clarence Botts / OSE Sprinkler Service is knowledgeable, professional, courteous and does a good job. He came promptly, as promised, diagnosed the main problem and took care of it. He also checked the rest of the sprinkler system, replaced parts and/or adjusted as need at a reasonable rate for the work done. Will call back with any future sprinkler issues.

Service was great. My guy came out and corrected my issues with the sprinkler system. He fixed everything in a couple of hours and charged a decent rate.

Clarence was very professional, prompt and backs up his work. He fixed things that couldnâ t fixed from a previous company I hired. He offers a free estimate which none of the other businesses I contacted do (charging anywhere from $75-$100 just to come and look!!!) His services pricing is also very fair and the quality of his work is excellent. I highly recommend his services and will use him again when needed

Very professional work and personality

My sprinkler pump stopped working right before Xmas. This person came Xmas Eve morning, evaluated my problem, came back on the 27th to remove the pump, and after evaluating the damage, we decided on a new pump. The price was reasonable, he spent time evaluating the total system, and even replaced a few broken heads. I would call him again for sure.
