Great experience.
Description of Work: Replaced ac with new.Work was done in a day.The crew was very professional, well informed and took time to explain to me every thing.It is a little more expensive than other company but the customer service is outstanding and they offer a life time warranty on the unit.After work is complete the send a supervisor to make sure work is done properly.As I find out there was some things to adjust wich I would never known,this let me know that they do not cover for each other.This gave me assurance since the people that inspect for the city didn't even look at unit and signed papers with OK. Also I got a free year supply of filters .

Description of Work: We rec'd good recommendation from previous client. We were pleased with the price & installation. However, 12 days after installation, we had a bad leak. The company responded promptly. The drain was clogged; the installers did not clean it, and it lead to quite an inconvenience, something we did not expect after just 12 days.
