Broten Garage Door Sales

I emailed them via Angieslist a detailed description of what was wrong with my garage door and asked for a quote to fix it. They responded within 24 hours with a quote. I emailed them back and told them i was going to use their services. Gave them a credit card to hold.They showed up on time and did a great job. The service man was very professional. They did exactly what they said and exactly the price they quoted.

They installed my garage door and opener years ago. They've maintained it over the years and have always been a pleasure to work with.

They were terrific. They have been really good. The first time when he came out he had all the equipment in the truck. He was a young kid and he knew exactly what to do. He clearly was experienced and he took care of it. They were very professional and confidant. They were not the cheapest provider. I would use them again in the future.

Superb service from start to finish. The sales rep came on a Saturday, a day after submitting my inquiry. He showed me several samples, and helped me choose the best door and the best look for my house. No pressure at all. Service support provided updates all along the way. Phoned when the door was ordered, when it arrived, and to schedule installation at a time convenient for me. Installers were professional, courteous, and explained full operation. Service phoned hours after installation to ensure I was satisfied. Company handled permits and inspection as well. A+ all the way.

They were fairly good...never had any problems with the door. Their service follow up has been good as well. They were professional and did what they said they were going to do.

The 2 men arrived early on March 14 to remove old door and all other tracks, trim, rollers, hinges, motor, etc. They installed in a timely manner the door, and all necessary parts to complete the installation as well as an upgraded motor with 2 remotes and an outside door panel. They work was done to perfection and they left the premises better than it was before they entered. I was very impressed with their moving very efficiently and work ethics, their kindness while I asked questions regarding the equipment and up keep, etc. Needless to say I would recommend Broten to anyone interested in having their garage door replaces.

Geat! The service man was on-time, friendly, and clear. He did the work in less than two hours, and did a clean, professional job. I checked while he was doing the work, and his price (for equipment and installation) was hard to beat at Home Depot or Lowes.

Mostly everything went fine. This is our second garage door from Broten. The sales person was knowledgeable and professional. The installation crew were very good. My only complaint was that it was hard to get the office staff to commit to an installation date. I travel in my job and would have liked better communication. However, overall I still am very pleased with my service from Broten.

Their representative came to inspect the work that needed to be done. He scheduled an appointment for the installation. Before the work date, we got a call from them confirming the installation date and the time, the workmen would arrive on. They arrived right on time, got the work done and cleaned up after themselves. We had paid 50% advance and remaining 50% was paid after the job was completed. They also scheduled the garage door inspection for us, the inspector arrived on the promised date and time and the garage door passed the inspection.

They were very good. They replaced my garage door. The cost included the opener of the door. They were very professional and very quick to put it in. They took care of all the things and explained things very well.

I was very pleased with Broten from start to finish. I purchased an insulated steel door from Broten and needed it rushed to be installed before my guests arrived for Thanksgiving week. From initial contact with sales to the technicians who installed the door, everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. The technicians worked fast but not at the expense of quality and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for a more flawless experience. They show up when they say they will and there are no hidden surprises. I highly recommend them.

We contacted our home warranty company because the garage door wasn't working properly on the home we recently purchased. The representative from Broten Garage Door came out the same day. He was very helpful and took the time to explain to my wife what was wrong with the motor on the 10 year old garage door opener, and contacted the warranty company to explain. He promptly replaced the motor on the unit and provided us with new transmitters to match the unit. He was professional and courteous, and we are very pleased with the service. We are happy to recommend Broten and would use them again!

I called them and explained what happened. The technician came out and gave a proposal. I accepted it, and he did the work in a timely manner on the same day. It was pretty straightforward. They originally installed the garage doors in the community that we live in. They were definitely friendly.

They were fantastic. They came out right when they said they would and finished the job in a couple of hours. Whenever I had a problem with any part they came out and replaced it immediately. They are pretty good. Their price was pretty average.

They have not done the work for me, and I am still comparing different estimates. Their estimated price was $3000. I might use them in the future.

Broten and Bruce Anderson/Salesman were very professional throughout the process. The estimate was scheduled ina a timely manner and Bruce took the time to explain what I needed and the relevant pricing. The price for the permit (Coral Springs) was quoted by Broten as $68, while other companies quoted me $250 for the same permit. The installers arrived on the date scheduled and the installers were very professional. They took the time after the installation to explain how to use the system and helped me program the car remotes. Broten also scheduled the inspection by the city the next business day and the city signed off the inspection card. Overall it was a very good experience. I highly recommend Broten Garage Door & Gate for your garage door needs.

From sales to installation, Broton was top-notch. The installers knew their jobs and did them professionally well. They cleaned up perfectly upon completion of the job and made sure they had answered any questions we may have had.

Meeting to discuss estimate was professional. Company materials provided on product to be used. Didn't use as they wanted me to replace garage door control. Although old it was in working order. Therefore difference in prices between two companies was due to replacement part. It is nearly the end of October and the control is still operating with new door. Saved $350.
