I recently had the pleasure of working with Assured Storm Protection. They installed accordion hurricane shutters at my home. The entire process from the initial consultation to the installation was flawless. Every person that I encountered at Assured Storm Protection was professional and eager to help meet my hurricane needs. Thanks to Barbara, Greg, and the installation team, my home is protected should we have a hurricane.

The windows were all installed in 1 day. The contractors were polite and explained everything as they installed. The inspection from the city was horrible. The city person was extremely nasty and the assured storm person handled it professionally.

We met with several storm shutter companies prior to making our decision. Assured Storm Protection LLC offered us the best price for the best accordion shutters. We saw 2 other homes that were installed by Assured Storm Protection LLC several years ago and we were impressed by the quality of the product after being installed for several years. After we made our decision, Assured Storm Protection LLC made the rest very easy taking care of everything from the HOA approval to the permit and the County inspection and they installed quickly. We worked with Anthony SanGiorgio and he was knowledgeable without being pushy and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent, came a day early so that we would be protected from upcoming hurricane.

All appointments kept on time, the whole process went smoothly.

Didn't get a response from them yet. I am going to try and contact them again because they came highly recommended. Inspection for one window was not passed (the inspector for north lauderdale was rude and disrespected the tech). Needless to say Assured was supposed to come back and make the repair. 2 months went by and they never called me. Then the hurricane came. This was now December before I called them to find out what happened. They responded quickly but still why should I have to call them when I am the paying customer. I am not sure if I would recommend them although I already have I am afraid I may lose a friend.

The estimate, measurements and installation of hurricane shutters and impact windows and door went as smoothly as possible. Greg took the time to explain the product and process thoroughly, including bringing a sample shutter to my home for my inspection. Appointments were made and kept, my phone calls were answered promptly. The installers were courteous and professional. I can't be more pleased with the service and product received from Assured.

We are very happy with the product and service. The Installation went very well, inspection went well and the customer service was excellent. After inspection was complete I noticed that some of the interior door trim was slightly off center, I called the office and they had someone come out and fix it that morning.

I could not have been more pleased with the work they did. They were professional from start to finish. They adhered to the promised time for installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting hurricane protection.

I got three quotes (all from "approved" contractors. I gave Assured the job for two reasons: 1) Although all three were highly rated here and on other sites, Assured beat my next best price by almost $2000. Plus only they had a a choice of four approved manufacturers and even threw in moderate tinting at no extra cost. Since I am not a full time resident of Florida, and I needed to go north by a certain time, I discussed the installation date with the salesperson. Somehow this date was not immediately communicated to the home office, and when I called a week before delivery, I was told that they were still about two to three weeks away from delivery. Needless to say I was not happy, and I spoke to the owner of the company who correctly pointed out that the contract clearly states that 7-8 weeks was the normal lead time not the five or six weeks I was expecting. Having said that he said that he would see if he could get them done by the following week and would even install them on a Saturday, (paying for overtime I assume), just to get the job done within my time frame. Well, he came through with all the of doors and all the windows and true to his word, they were installed on the Friday and Saturday before I was leaving for the summer. I would have to say that 1) it was good that the windows are made in Miami and not China, and 2) that the owner stood by a verbal commitment, and really went out of his way to satisfy a customer. In short I cannot rate them highly enough. The only caveat is that I think in general, (whatever you order), if it's not from a single man office, you should always confirm the expected delivery date whatever you order with the respective customer service department so that everyone is on the same page.

Keith McBride and all of the personnel at Assured Storm Protection provided outstanding service in the installation of our windows and accordion shutters on.. We were kept informed through each step of the process and they always maintained the schedule initially agreed to. The installation was handled by highly professional technicians who were meticulous in ensuring that the jobsite was spotless. The entire staff was always available to answer any of our questions.

We started in November 2015 with the company. They were to install 8 hurricane impact windows. All went well (except 2 broken window sills they were going to replace ASAP) BUT when the inspector came we failed for 5 windows. They explained that egress codes were not met but they thought the town would pass us anyway. For months they fought with the town and during it (with discounts given) we agreed to do the rest of the windows. When they installed the rest of the windows, they left us with one window that was broken and couldn't even open!!! It has been almost 3 months and it is still broken! They also NEVER replaced the broken sills, caulked the windows correctly,removed the hardware from outside or replaced a broken screen. I get NO response for weeks and if I do "they're working on it." Horrible work and service! It is now August 2016!

Went very well the sales rep; Greg B was very professional. He called ahead of the appointment was on time for his appointment, was very thorough with his estimate and proposal. I solicited three estimates all from Angie's List rated providers, selected Assured because of the sales rep professionalism and was very satisfied with the final product and installation.

From start to finish, excellent service. Sales rep arrived on time and took his time going over all options/pricing with me and answered all my questions. After making my choice, he measured all the windows and gave me an estimate. The following day, I signed the contract and within another day or so, another rep came out and re-measured the windows to make certain everything was perfect. I had some concerns about stone facing on areas of my home, and was assured this would not be a problem. I was given a price for a new hurricane strength front door and garage side door, but because of the expense, opted to go with shutters instead. My slider leading out to the patio was designated as my "egress" door. Six weeks later, the shutters were installed. The installers went around the entire house with me to make sure I could open and shut each shutter easily and make some slight adjustments where necessary. All in all, I am extremely pleased.

Robert came by to get measurements on a Wednesday. We hadn't heard back from him for a week, so I contacted him to get the quote. I'm not sure what happened, but he needed to come back over to re-measure the windows. Once I received the quote this time, I inquired about Angie's List member specials. Robert told me that he would re-send over the quote later on that night. I never received the quote, but 13 days later, I received a text message from him. I decided not to pursue, as there seemed to be delays and issues with just receiving the quote in a timely manner and wondered how that may reflect upon actual service with the company for the installation of the shutters.

We contacted Assured Storm Protection regarding accordion shutters for our patio. The entire process was extremely simple. The sales representative, engineer and installation team who came to our residence were polite, professional, courteous and most importantly they showed up on time. Their customer service, attention to detail and professionalism were superb from start to finish, including installation, permitting and final inspection. We like their product and we would definitely recommend Assured Storm Protection. Thank you for a job well done!

After shopping companies for months, my wife and I ended up choosing Assured based on their solid reviews, transparency during the sales process, and their competitive prices. Installation of storm windows and doors on the whole house took one day. Installers took care to cover our furniture and minimize dust. The few areas that required a cosmetic touch up afterwards were taken care of without even being asked. Assured scheduled the city inspection, all we had to do was show up. We're completely satisfied with our new windows and doors and are already enjoying the savings on our insurance and electricity bill!
