Accordion Storm Protection was wonderful from beginning to end. From the initial quote to the installation, they showed up on the date and time that they said they would and were very professional. The installation team even had a shop vac and cleaned up everything when they were finished! We chose to go with Assured Storm Protection because we really liked the style of tight stacking accordion shutters that they offered and we are very happy with the final product.

Both installations were done in a very professional and timely manner. We were pleased with the care that was taken for the installation. The installers answered all of our questions and took the time to explain how to operate the windows and shutters. In addition, their cleanup was very acceptable.

We were highly pleased on everything connected to, Assured Shutter company, as we contacted several companies and they were the most reasonable in their cost and as to what they were going to do and we were pleased with their product. They were at my home when they said they would be and the insulation was by professionals, as my unit is on the 2nd floor and the insulation went smoothly with no problems, we would highly recommend them to any one.

From Sale to Installation all went very well. Price was reasonable and the Sales person was also great in explaining all the stuff. Installation was also professional. Overall I will recommend them for all Shutter needs.

Price was good. All work done on time. Install crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Only minor issue was getting paperwork out of their office. I needed some specific things on insurance papers, that took a few attempts. Overall good job.

We installed storm windows and accordion shutters in all of our house. The completion time was 2 months just 2 weeks before Irma, the shutters held up very well and the windows helped tremendously with the light. They were very professional and even when there was a problem with opening a door, they came back and fixed the problem quickly and very well. Great job. I am using them again for another property I have.

All was very painless, Robert was easy to deal with and went along with my email quote requests, I don’t like to have to have people over doing the same thing over and over to get quotes if I can provide the info and compare quotes. Robert worked with me on the price, installation was done quickly even with two story house, follow up with inspector was timely, now ready for any hurricane.

We were remodeling a home and had all new windows put in. We initially met with a sales person, Anthony. He was very nice and knowledgeable and he turned out to be the best part of the whole process. Our windows were initially installed in April 2017. One was installed with a crack and one was a custom window that took a very long time to come in. Most of the trim that covers the nail holes was also not installed. The people who installed them left broken glass in my yard which my 3 year old son cut his foot on. They also left their debris inside my house and didn't cover up our brand new floors during install (we were renovating so didn't live there at the time). Appearently there was a problem with the manufacturer of the windows that caused the delay on the 3 things above. I understand this, however, what I found to be the biggest problem was the lack of communication from this company. I can't tell how many calls and text messages went unanswered. I would speak to one person and was promised a call back that day, however that call never came - this occurred on many different occasions. When I spoke to the sales manager, Keith, there were several times that he stated; "your job isn't complete yet?". When appointments were finally made to complete (in piecemeal), I would routinely get a call asking what they were coming for. It just never seemed like anyone knew what was going on with my order except to tell me that "there is a manufacturer problem". Our job was not completed until December 2017 - that is 8 months after start date. Again, I understand delays, but the lack of updates and very poor communication from this company was very disappointing.

I went with Assured because of the pricing and reviews. I was quoted 8 to 10 weeks (in writing) from the time I signed contract and gave deposit till my windows would be installed. That would have my install complete by August 2017. I was told the company would send a large team to install the windows within 5 days. In actuality my windows were installed over a 6 week period by crews of 2-3 men from starting week 16. I was also told the inside of my home would be repaired right after the install. It took closer to 4 weeks after install and we even settled on a credit because the company just was not prepared. The company also forgot to include the accordion shutter on my permit. I was told one of the installers who worked on my job (Sergio) had been fired. This installer had argued with me why he was sent to my home to install the window that had been at my home for a month and he left without installing it. Even though he was fired, he still somehow showed up to my home at a later date with his brother to install the window. I had many calls, texts and emails go unanswered by the company at a time when they should have been corresponding with me. It seems as the issues escalated, a new person would say "only talk to me," and then when that person stopped responding a new person would show up saying "only talk to me." The company made me pay them for delivery of "all" windows even though windows were missing and took several weeks after that to receive the complete order. Lack of communication on the management level seems to be the main culprit with Assured. This was a stressful company to work with, however the windows are now installed and the permit did pass (minus the accordion). I gave quality a B not for the windows, but the carelessness of the various installers sent to my home.

The installers were done in two days - on time and on schedule as planned. County inspection passed on the 1st visit and the inspector's feedback was a job well done. In Florida, its important to get a Release of Lien (google Florida's Construction Lien Law) when the job is done. Assured Storm provided one when requested on monies paid. We would highly recommend them for your shutter projects.

Not sure how to word this so it’s read as the truly authentic, unsolicited positive review it is but I am relatively new to the area and had never gone through the process of replacing windows to hurricane proof glass. Everyone from the initial estimation, the office, to the guys putting in the windows were more than professional and courteous. The estimator was very informative and transparent as to what to expect, the estimate included detailed drawings and bills of materials, and everything that they said they’d do they did, on time and budget. Installers were fast yet thorough and attententive and cleaned up site after job was finished. The following city certification was smooth, they had a tech show up when city inspector arrived and overall I couldn’t be happier with the company’s work. Multiple story house with some large windows, so would recommend them for any job.

Wonderful! The crew of workers they sent to my home were very kind and professional. I was nervous as I had heard many horror stories about replacing windows. Some of my friends have replaced their windows and had issues. Assured's crew leader Wesley, took the time to go through my home and explain the job and address my concerns. They quoted me three days for the job to be completed and did exactly what they said with no issues. I am very happy with this company.
