We used All My Sons back in 2020 and had a fantastic experience, which is the only reason we chose to use them again. We assumed we?d get the same level of professionalism and care. We were dead wrong. Booking was easy, and everything was explained clearly?so we went into moving day feeling confident. That confidence didn?t last long. The crew leader, Romeo Sanchez, called about 30 minutes before arriving. When he showed up with two other movers, he immediately asked my husband to sign documents on his iPad. When asked what the documents were, he casually replied, ?I don?t know what the documents are. I just have people sign them.? Then, without a second thought, he slammed his clipboard down on our dining room table. Right away, it was obvious the other two movers were new and inexperienced. They were polite, but completely unprepared. Nearly every piece of wooden furniture we own is now scratched and dinged?clearly dragged or mishandled.

Jabber and his assistant did a fantastic job, quickly, efficiently and with care. He was courteous and accommodating; eager to do whatever was needed. I would definitely recommend them.

Jabbar was fantastic for delivering my stuff to my new home. They arrived when they said they would and quickly brought everything in where I asked them to. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

This rating is strictly for the company and their poor practices. The men that moved my belongings are absolutely incredible. When given a quote of $650 plus a 20% fee for fuel, movers, etc., and then charged a total amount of $916.00, it's hard to be happy. The company puts the movers in a terrible and uncomfortable situation also. They move your belongings but don't get the go ahead to start taking your belongings off of the truck until payment is made in full. The movers apologized profusely even though they truly are powerless over the whole situation. I've always thought Good Greek was wild for saying on commercials that they (Good Greek) don't hold your items hostage - but then I figured out why they say that... my items were quite literally held hostage on the back of the truck while I stated my case to management about what's the point of even giving a quote when the end cost is going to be significantly higher than the quoted price. Hired them for an out of state move from Fort Lauderdale to Chicago. All aspects went smoothly including communication on both ends. The movers did amazing loading and unloading. Iâ d like to shout out Emmanuel and Sydney who did amazing unloading in Chicago. Will recommend this company for any move!

I needed to arrange a cross town move with 24 hour notice. All My Sons responded immediately. The crew contacted the night before, gave me an arrival window and gave me an estimate that was very close to the final cost. Larry Arana and Joseph were prompt, efficient and accommodating. They got the job done with no issues.
