My experience was HORRIBLE! DO NOT HIRE this company. First, they told me that they will moved everything and when they got to my house they told me that they were not supposed to put apart my bunk bed. When I called them to get a quote, I told them I had a bunk bed and they told me that was no problem . Second, they charged me for things they didnâ  t used, like extra tape, mattress cover, etc. third, the put everything in the storage all over the place, not organizedâ ¦ honestly I didnâ  t have a good experience and I WILL NEVER USED THEM AGAIN.

I was very lucky that Derek Butler, Aaron Hipp, and Dastllev Narcisse were the team who came to pack my things for a move from FL to NY today! I cannot praise them highly enough - they were absolutely fantastic at their jobs, so nice, extremely careful, and innovative with packing some unusual and fragile items. Also everyone at their company, All My Sons, made this project so easy for me: Morgan Massy, the operations manager Bruce, and Mark Clair, as well as Greg Harrell in the Texas office all went above and beyond the call of duty in how amazing they all were!

Darmarius was great and efficient. Made it a seamless move.

Customer service excellence is a powerful influence; customer reviews as well as word of mouth travel fast these days. I found a beautiful apartment, my items meant a lot to me after being in storage thirteen years and I am challenged by a homeowner association with strict rules and regulations. Three quotes were reviewed; I selected All My Sons Moving. I was assured the team assigned to me were professionals, the ease of promptly scheduling my move the day and time required and competitive pricing. Jeremiah and Dajour arrived exactly at the time scheduled, every item was moved with care, quickly, neatly placed, and organized in my new apartment. I have been in customer service administration for over 25 years. I have very high expectations of myself. The assigned team and All My Sons Moving have proven they have very high customer service expectations as well. I am so very happy I selected All My Sons Moving.

The four men, Jabar, Widely, Shelton and Tyrell, who were dispatched to do our move were fantastic! They were fast, efficient, attentive, open communication, helpful, patient, friendlyâ ¦we just canâ t say enoughâ ¦they were amazing!

Do not hire this company under any circumstance. Can you give a no-star rating??? The first time I have ever encountered such a horrible experience. Furniture was broken-- and beyond repair. Boxes marked Fragile were crushed. Missing parts to lamps. I am so sorry I went with them. They were the lowest price and barely worth the price I paid. On the day of the move, the office was rude to me when I called with my concerns. The crew leader took photos of the damage to no avail. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND RUN VERY FAR AWAY!!!!

this company was awful, they overcharged me and upon doing the job they disrespected me by calling me bad names and a fight almost happened. their services was not good at all! definitely would not recommend them at all.

This was the absolute worst experience of my life. These people are absolutely horrible and their boss Tyler is just as bad! and he will be more than happy to lie to your face in order to protect his failing company reputation. They made false promises, they were disrespectful to me and my wife, and one of their employees (Anton Mckenny) said profanities at me his breath directed at me. I had to threaten to call the cops on them in order for them to cooperate. I wish I did call the cops because they are really liars. They charged us for 5 hours when they were only there for 4 hours. This also included the detour they took to the gas station for a cigarette smoke break. They also broke my lamp, put a hole in my wall and did an absolutely terrible job of reassembling my bed. If I could give a company negative stars I would. This company should not be in business, and it is a shame that they are so content being disrespectful and unprofessional.

All of the paperwork was done on my time. they made a mistake on the price so 30 minutes. They charged and hour for a pensky truck explaining that covered ins gas etc. but they added a fuel and milage charge. the cost for a tiny 2 room apt with a bedroom wall unit and 1 dresser a loveseat and large chair, desk and file cabinet and a few boxes was 2x what they estimated. Cost $800. rediculous. The only reason they get a star is because the moving team was awsome. the company...STAY AWAY

They do not divulge costs upfront. There are a lot of hidden costs, the price is almost double in the end. Ask for a written estimate. They make you sign on a tablet on the day of the move, do you have time to read all that? They also left some of my boxes on the 4th-floor elevator. I will not hire them again. They lie and the guys in the office are cool until after your move, they become very rude!!

Customer service is non existent. Absolutely no coordination between customer service contacts and the operations people i.e. movers. The actual movers did a fair job. Oh and a bait and switch rate quote. I am guessing that is SOP for this industry.

Excellent could not have made a better choice

Quick and furnitures are well taken care of.

They are great selling their service, but impossible to get a hold of. A few of my furniture pieces were broken and do not bother with a mattress bag it was still dragged and got dirty, I never got a return phone call or email. It cost much more then I was quoted.

Not very professional. They were not clear about the scope of the work.

One of the movers was not paying attention and one of my nightstands rolled off the truck and was destroyed after falling onto the sidewalk. I filed a claim. Almost two months later All My Sons offered me $30. Are you kidding me?

They were great. On time for appt, took very good care of my furniture especially my 100 yeR ild china cabinet. I hope i don’t move again but if i do I will definitely call them again. Thanks guys!

Best experience we have ever had moving - was nervous moving stuff from one state to another but these guys took care of everything and made the move so much easier. Very respectful movers. Just an all around great company from the first time we reached out to them til they unloaded everything. Thank you All My Sons! Y all rock!!!

What an amazing experience! They were on time. All 3 movers were absolutely patient, respectful, considerate, well mannered and hard working. Despite long hours, the rain and finding out my AC was not working new place, the movers didn t skip a beat and never once complained. My daughters said they made the move so much less stressful. Thank you All My Sons!

Workers were amazing - I couldn't finish packing on my own - and they jumped in with a smile, great attitude that reduced my stress level, and just pitched in and helped, and finished quicker than any move I've ever had (over 10 moves). Amazing men!

Very friendly, experienced, professional. Handled my things with great care. Would definitely use again.
