The company was very professional and right on time. They explained everything to me clearly.

Driveway was pressure cleaned and all weeds were removed and then sealed with a semi-gloss sealer that revitalize the pavers and brought their original color back.

The areas they cleaned look great. They didn't leave any unevenly cleaned surfaces. They were pleasant and professional. I was a little hesitant about the price but after seeing the results, I can understand the difference between regular pressure washing and the process they used for our driveway. It was worth it. I would definitely recommend this company. They really did a great job.

the team that came were on time and were very polite and gave us all the details about the job. They did the work in a professional way and showed us how it looked when they finished. We were very impressed with the work and my wife is very fussy about jobs that are done and smiled as she talked to them. She also said that it looked like the pavers when they were first put down. I was impressed how the person in charge said that if any oil or anything gets on pavers, they would come back for free to rectify the situation. I have been working with contractors for over thirty years and that is the first time I heard that, which shows they are proud of their work..

Excellent results. I would highly recommend this company for paver repair and pressure cleaning. Our deck looks brand new and they were even able to remove some long time rust stains.

One of the owners, Gladson, was on site both days of job running the show and after pestering him with questions it became very obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing. Having lived in the same house for 29 years, I've had my share of so called pressure cleaning companies come and go but none compare to this company. From the responsiveness of Caroline at the office, to Leo fixing my pavers and Gladson finishing the project on time it was an absolute pleasure in a world full of scammers to deal with real professionals.

Terrific job both on the paver repairs and the clean and seal process. Patio looks very good. Would highly recommend them especially in South Florida which seems to have an endless supply of unprofessional people doing this sort of work. Will definitely use them again!

The job began on March 23, but was not completed until March 30th. The first part of this job was the repair of our driveway and a spot in our walkway where the travertine pavers had sunk. This required the removal of existing pavers, regrading of the surface below, and replacement of the pavers, as well as adding some new concrete retaining. In addition, about 50 pavers that had been cracked were removed and replaced with new ones. (I had previously purchased these extra pavers, so the pavers were not included in their price.) Some of the new pavers were slightly larger than the original ones, and required a little finesse to fit into the design properly, but the repairs turned out perfectly. The next step was sandblasting our back patio. They arranged for A&B Sandblasting (Achim) to do the sandblasting and he did a great job, although it is a messy process and there was unavoidably quite a bit of sand in the pool. Achim cleaned up very well, though, making sure to get the sand off the walls, windows, etc. All About Pressure Cleaning also arranged to have someone come to clean some of the sand out of the pool, which was a big help. Next came the pressure washing and sealing. This is where AAPC really shines. We have a serious moisture issue on our back patio which necessitated some special consideration. Most other companies would simply clean and seal the patio and be done with it. In fact, one of the the last companies we hired used the wrong sealer for this moisture situation, which is one of the reasons for the white haze forming on the pavers in the first place. But thankfully, Gledston is extremely knowledgeable and more concerned that the job be done properly. This required that we use the correct sealer and give the patio more time to dry out before sealing. Due to an emergency with his partner, Gledston was shorthanded and had to rearrange his schedule to accommodate the delay with our job, which he did with great patience. In this day and age, it is refreshing to find a company that is more concerned with doing the right thing than just getting the job done so they can get the check. We would recommend them highly.

I found the company to be courteous and prompt. They happily came back to be sure that the pavers had the nice clean edge I was expecting. I was impressed with their desire to be sure they had it right. The cleaning was well done. The sealing looks fabulous, except for a vendor who pulled onto our drive only 30 minutes post sealing!!! Once again, they came out to try to fix the problem but by then the mark was set. I did not hold them responsible as it was the vendors fault for not seeing the roped off driveway and remembering my instructions not to park on the drive! The fact that they returned and attempted to correct a problem that was of no fault of theirs, truly impressed me. Overall, I would call this company back the next time I wanted any paving work completed. Their office was always polite and courteous and willing to listen to my concerns and problems.

I was sold on this company from the start because they did some things that other South Florida companies fail to do: Responded to my call in a timely manner, gave me an estimate that was competitive (although not inexpensive), showed up when they were scheduled, responded to my calls/questions/concerns promptly, acted professional, were neat and clean during and after the job. Most importantly, they were willing to do a "repair job" on a previous company's work which was done very poorly by US Brick and Block! The job looks great and I anticipate having no problems going forward. If I do, I also anticipate that this company will respond promptly and to my satisfaction. I'll be sure to keep you posted! A DEFINITE RECOMMEND.
