Placed a service call to repair an A/C unit 20 Yrs. old. Justin came out, determined the problem in minutes after testing several components. It turned out to be the outside fan motor which had lost the oil which made the unit overheat and trip the power to it. he had a replacement motor on his truck we had cold A/C. $425 two hours from start to finish, very professional and no hesitation to recommend them.

Weathershield is my air conditioning company from now on. They were fair in price and worked quickly to handle my air conditioning problem. Another company said we needed a new air conditioning system, but Weathershield just did a change of thermostat, and and a new condenser motor and it works beautifully at 15% of the cost of the other companys' estimate.

Buy your own flexible dryer extension tubing and clamps. Apparently, these need to be replaced with each cleaning. WeatherShield Air Conditioning carries the products in their trucks, so its very handy but it's costly for the consumer. I remember the clamp being $10.00. Other than that, their service was spot-on, and they tidied up after themselves well.

There AC Tech Justin was very professional and did a Great Job installing my new AC Compressor. Justin is definitely on top of his game.

AC UNIT NOT WORKING.OUTSIDE TUBING COMPLETELY ICED OVER. THE UNIT HAD TO BE DEFROSTED. TNE NEXT DAY THEY CAME BACK. WE WERE FORTUNATE TO GET THE SAME REPAIR PERSON FROM YESTERDAY. HE CHECKED FOR LEAKS IN SYSTEM OF FREON. NONE FOUND BUT HE ADDED FREON SLOWLY. NOW AC IS WORKING. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING,WAS CURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT . PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I hate when my AC goes out! Often times it takes a couple of days for someone to come out, or to get the right part. I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor and was about to call Weathershield based on their reviews. While the phone was in my hand, they beat me to it. They had someone out to my house within 90 minutes. When I heard that we needed a part and they had to see if there were any in stock, I knew I would be sleeping in a hot house that night! Not the case, they found the part and had it installed by the end of the day. The technician was actually there past 6pm. While I initially was not thrilled about the $400 quote for repair, it seems like a decent value, considering this tech dedicated half of his day towards fixing my issue. We slept in a cool house, and for that I am happy. The technician's name was Rivera, and he was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

The contractor that came to my house was extremely well-mannered and professional. He was followed up later during the job by another polite and professional contractor. They did an extremely thorough job. I would highly recommend this company to others looking for this type of service.

They contacted me immediately after I made the request online. At the scheduled service they told me to wait until construction at my home was completed. This saved me from having to do the cleaning twice. I called them 2 weeks later and they came back and did the work - cleaned the ducts, coil and motor. On time, professional and honest. The cost was exactly what I had been quoted the first time.

The contractor that came to my home was friendly and very professional. He did exactly what was requested and I was charged what I was quoted. That is rare when you hire a contractor these days. Other contractors I contacted wanted way more for the same job. This guy even took the time to program the system. If I have any more a/c projects in the future I would hire and also recommend these guys.

The technician was about 90 minutes late for his app't. The app't was for 11 to 1, He didn't arrive until 2:30. While doing the installation he ran into a problem. He quickly modified the fixture to be installed so it fit properly . He worked carefully and did a first rate job.

In the 5 year time period in which we had our current 36000 BTU wall unit, we had "another" company service over and over again and sometimes twice in the same year. They would always keep leading us on so we dumped more money into their pockets. We were led to believe that they never fully fixed our issue to begin with. 3 months after our last repair failed, we called Weathershield and they called right away, gave us nothing but honesty and fixed our issue that was caused by the "last company". What we got was Onsite repair, a courteous technician and super fair bill. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
