South Florida paving gave me an excellent experience on getting my driveway paved. I would highly recommend this company due to the respect of the owner and the employees.

We hired this company to replace our drive and seal the new drive. They were prompt to get the work done and we were pleased until about a month later when a section of the drive started to deteriorated. We called several times and they kept saying they would come back out, but never did. We continued to call until they stopped returning our calls.

Good job to repair asphalt

I used Charlie and his team to pave access between two adjacent properties with significant elevation differences at my business. The crew did an excellent job. The project wasn't very large or glamorous but he didn't care - he just wanted to get the job. Very professional and thorough. When it comes time to sealcoat and re-stripe my property I'll be calling Charlie.

Charlie was the point man. They worked extreme fast resurfacing our driveway in Royal Palm Estates and we were pleased with the end job. Excellent cleanup. His price was the best of the 3 quotes by A LOT! Would 100% recommend.

If I could give this company a minus rating I would. I depended on the 5 star reviews. What a mistake. Zero prep of driveway. No promised tack coat. Driveway ended up higher than garage floor so rain would flow into garage. They fixed this problem, patched would be a better description. When I asked Charley what happened to the contracted tack coat he told me it was incorporated in the asphalt. What a load of BS.

They removed my old driveway and replaced with a enlarged new one. Very Professional, Highest of Quality Work. Great Value. This Company is the one to call if you need any driveway work done.

Responded almost immediately with a quote that was very good. Said they would start the resurface project at about 8:30. By 8:00 they were there ready to go. Finished before noon. Two areas had to be repaired and leveled prior to laying of asphalt. The asphalt was sealed, everything cleaned up before they left. The driveway looks great. Everything was completed as explained. A very professional job.

The company came out as scheduled and did a great job repairing my old, cracked asphalt driveway. It looks great. My only complaints are: _They could have done a bit better job on the cleanup -- a good sweeping after they were done would have done the trick. _They required a nearly 3% fee for credit card use.

Work estimate was given so quickly! Work began and was completed on the same day. Work was neat, everything still looks great. I originally requested just driveway sealing, but a suggested fix for an existing problem (area of lifted/ almost dangerous, uneven asphalt from prior storm was both appreciated and smoothed out perfectly. Job was done with 4 workers, and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
