I have hired a lot of contractors and home service people since I've been renovating my house. Many times it's a nightmare, but not this time. Mike called me the first day I was on the site looking for a sprinkler professional. We set up an appointment, he called to let me know when he would be there and showed up on time. He told me exactly what he would be doing and why. And last but not least, the price for the work performed was completely reasonable. I would definitely reccommend him!

They responded within 20 minutes of my request. They came when they said they would. They provided an estimate quickly and when I changed the scope of work, they also responded quickly. They kept me informed on their progress. I would recommend them highly. I expect to use them again.

michael called me imdiately. He was very through in answering all my questions. we set up the walk through appointment. He was prompt and again addressed all my issues. we scheduled work repair. Michael and crew arrived ON TIME. worked in a timely manner. we did our finished walk thru, he explained everything.. I was very pleased with the work that was completed. All Dade Plumbing & Sprinklers and Michael Levy are the greatest.

Mike was great on the initial phone call and appointment. I wan't home to walk around with him once the job was completed. I was dissapointed when I ran the sprinkler system for the first time to discover another leak in the line plus 2 or 3 sprinkler heads that were poorly placed and not providing water to the entire landscape as originally discussed. I called Mike and he returned my call promptly and set up an appointment to fix the problems. He was a no show on the appointment and didn't even call to explain. The next day he apologized but still has not returned to fix the problems. Cannot recommend this company.

Efficient service delivered on time

first one to respond. came out to my house in a timely manner. Did the work while I was out of town and he sent me an bill and I forwarded to him a check. I have not seen the work in person, but I'm sure I will be pleased based upon the service so far.

Showed up on time. However wanted $350 for a minimal job in my opinion. We negotiated to $230 and he began work, completed in about an hour. I double checked sprinklers by turning them on and everything worked fine. I asked about if he replaced front sprinkler head and he said "yes, it was doing a 360 degree rotation and had to be replaced", I noticed later it was the same head I always had in there. My issue with the other five he did was that they were not buried much at all and if I do not do it myself, my mower will clip all of the heads off. Now, I admit I do not know sprinkler pricing but seemed like a lot for work performed.
