The office staff needs to make sure they have the correct information on their clients. If they need too, repeat the information back to the client so there are not misunderstandings. As for the work itself, the guys were so respectful of us and our property, great work ethics and a pleasant to deal with.

The office help needs customer service training. The electrician and his helper were awesome. They clean up after themselves, were extremely polite and respected our house and property.

The owner Dustin and his employees were courteous and knowledgable. Our electrical panel issue necessitated three visits for them to diagnose and resolve but only one service charge was billed. The price and quality of their work was first rate. I will be using this company again should I need an electrician again.

Great job at a reasonable price

We were extremely pleased with the team of Josh and Sam who replaced the aluminum wiring in our home. They were very efficient and thorough. At each step of the process, they took our input and re-configured some switches and outlets to improve the convenience of the home. At the end of each day, they cleaned up thoroughly and restored complete power. All of the claims made during the estimate process were carried out during the actual work. I would definitely recommend Selectricity for the job of replacing aluminum wiring in your home!

Overall the technician was friendly, professional and went right to the problem and fixed it. The first time he replaced the switch it didn't work, but he took it out and replaced it and it worked. The only complaint we had is that we were were schedule from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and no one showed are called us. I called Selectricity and They told me the tech was running behind and they would send another tech. He did not arrive until 6:00 pm. Why was there no call from the tech or dispatcher to let us know what was going on. I would use this company again because of the technican and would hope for better customer service in the future.

The technicians that came out were very professional and did a great job. The only problem I had was with whoever was suppose to communicate to the inspector to come and ok Gulf Power to turn electricity back on dropped the ball. Therefore I was without power way longer than was anticipated; I had to call the city and call Selectricity again to let them know that the city had not been contacted. Even though this was inconvenient I would still recommend them.

Excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up when they were done. I was pleased and will call then again when I need additional electrical work.
