Great customer service and prompt response.

They showed up early and were very professional and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to get the job done. I have used them in the past it will definitely use them again.

On time and extremely polite. Explained problem and showed evidence. Very reasonable. The electrician s professionalism was very impressive and he was so nice and personable. Always explained what had occurred in detail and made completely certain I knew exactly what had happened. ( They were so pleasant I really hated to see them leave!!) They worked quietly and efficiently and always asked permission to enter and leave areas they needed to check. Gave me professional advice to save me costs as he realized I would be trying to schedule additional project in future. I would have given them ten more stars. They were that great!

I have been using Selectricity since 2005. Shawn Goodwin and his team have did all of our new installation for homes we bought and flipped and repairs for our rental properties. Shawn and his team are top notch A/C mechanics that stand behind their work. They just repaired my mother's A/C unit this Monday. Carson was the service tech who was professional and accommodating with my 89 year old mother.

Selectricity is awesome. They came out same day we called. The service was great and very affordable. Our AC was out and another repairman from another company told us it was the electric. We called Selectricity and they came out and checked everything. It was not the electric so the electrician that came out called office and they sent Havac repairman (they do both) they were out within 2 hours and fixed our Ac. Both men that came out were very friendly and professional. We can not say enough about how pleased we are with this company
