Robs Refinishing is highly professional, on time and does first rate work. The technician, Randy, performed my work.

Tub refinishing was excellent. Clean up afterwards was incomplete .

Called on Thursday, he was there Monday! He was (mostly) on time (we were having other work done, which I had mentioned), the job took as long as he said it would take, and the tub looks fabulous. He also made sure I knew what cleaning product to use, which was appreciated. I'm completely satisfied. We have a big original 1920's farmhouse sink that needs redone - I'll definitely call Rob's when we're ready.

Fast service my only complaint is they don't do enough to keep the dust down.l spent hours cleaning dust behind process.They should tape off area to contain dust from spreading all over your home. Curtains, what knots,floors everything in my house was covered with dust.

I found out about this company through Home Advisor. I called and spoke to the owner. I explained that I thought I had some cracks in my acrylic tub. He asked me to send him some pictures. He said the repair was going to be around $200. He sent his repair man out. Once the repair man inspected the tub he said I was fortunate because there were only cracks in the jell coating which meant it only needed to be sanded and painted. I asked how much do think that will cost and he said; about $200 but he can not make the final decision because he is not the owner, He said he needed to remove the drain fixture because he needed to paint near that section of the tub. He tried removing it and could not. He said I could hire a plumber to come out and remove it and said he would be back when that was done. After he left I went and grabbed my drain removal tool and removed it and then called the owner. He sent the repair man out the next day. He did the work and I was very pleased with the result. I texted the owner and asked how much and he said $300. I then called and spoke to him and he inquired about one of the products I sell and we did a barter exchange. Since my product was $200 I only owed $100. I would have given 5 stars if the repair man could have removed the drain fixture and completed the job the same day. Also if the price was $200 or very close to it as originally stated.

they where very easy to work

The response from Robs after I submitted online request, was within the hour. Robs showed up when they said they would and I appretiate that. Worker took his time msking sure to provide quality workmanship. This tub was refinished 2 years ago by another company and did a poor job and finish already had started peeling. Time will tell on this one, but Robs assured me they guarantee it to last. Fantastic job Robs, we truly appretiate you!!

Rob and his men are Truly Amazing. Juggled his schedule and fit A Must Be Done Tomorrow. The technician was clean cut, Master of his Craft and after an hour he was finished. The repair was Spot On Perfect. Could Not Be More Impressed or Pleased.
