James was recommended to us by a family member and we were thrilled with the quality of work, his professionalism, and felt that the pricing was more than fair for the service and product he provided. Our new home had speakers in most rooms, but we didn't have a clue about how to connect everything. We entertain a lot and wanted to be able to hear music throughout the house and out on the patio. James came to the house, evaluated our current system, made suggestions for add-ons, and provided us with a quote. We were pleased with the price and contracted with him right away. He and his team arrived on time on the scheduled day and immediately got to work. Because it was raining, they put a mat down at the front door and left their shoes there so as not to dirty the floors. They connected speakers in the master bedroom, master bath, living room, back bedroom and outside. They installed a new speaker outside that looks like a rock but provides very nice sound. The Sonos system they installed is terrific! We access our playlists on the iPads wirelessly and play them through the Sonos, so for a party, you have the same music playing in every room. James also mounted our new TV on the back panel of our wall unit, connected two other TVs in the home, updating the remotes and ensuring everything worked properly. He installed our Apple TV device and also connected to our Amazon Prime account, so we have multiple options for downloading movies. Our new TV is a "smart" TV, and we told him we didn't feel smart enough to own it, but he quickly walked us through everything. He also helped us separate our iTunes accounts so my husband doesn't have to see my 700+ songs on his devices, etc. James is an authorized distributor for many major brands. I would not hesitate to recommend James for all of your stereo and home theater needs. We thought he was terrific.
