Two friends of mine recommended Sunrise Quality Painting to me so I decided to give Nick a call. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone and we set a date for the estimate. He arrived promptly, asked us about our needs, expectations, and then walked around the house looking at the areas that required painting (which was most of the house). He gave us a quote and was able to start the job the week after. He stated that the job will take about 5 days. On the start day he came in on time (7:00am) with his employees, introduced them to us and promptly started telling them the plan for the day, different colors, expectations. His employees are great professionals, hard working, respectful, and above all really know what they are doing. They finished the job basically in 3 days, 4th day was just touch ups and making sure we where happy with the job they had done. It was a great experience for us to have Sunrise Quality Painting bring color back into our home. I have already recommended Nick and his company to all my friends.

Sunrise Quality Painting did a wonderful job and we are so happy with the results. We were impressed with Mr. Nick from the beginning when he came to our house to give us an estimate; we especially noticed that he pointed out things that others did not. You could tell that he had very high standards and took great pride in his company's work. Removing popcorn ceilings is a messy job but Sunrise did everything possible to minimize the inconvenience to us. Although they started the job on a Friday, they worked over the weekend to keep our job moving and finished the project within the timeline we were provided. Having a company that does both popcorn removal and painting is also a plus and they did an excellent job on both. There were no surprises and we are very pleased with the results. We would certainly use Sunrise again.

If you have ever had the contractor blues, call Nick. If you arrange to meet him at 9, he is there. If he says his people will be there at 7, they are there. He will go over every aspect of the job with you, tell you exactly how it will be done, tell you how his team will do the job and then execute the plan. We interviewed three five star painters and his team was the only ones to roll two coats of paint. No spray on the stucco, just roll. Outstanding job and noticed by our neighbors. Nick kept in touch with me everyday, brought things to my attention I would not have thought of, did the extra touches above and beyond what we had talked about just because it was the right thing to do. How often do you see that anymore? Now he is going to paint the inside of my home. Instead of trepidation, we have confidence knowing that we will get a fair deal and outstanding workmanship. Felix, our lead painter, and his crew are special people. They are respectful and outstanding professionals. If I could give them a 6 star rating I would.

As always, we are pleased with the work that Nick and his team provided for our project. His attention to details is above and beyond. Always on time and put in a full days work until the job is complete. We are glad that we know Sunrise Quality Painting and will contunue to use their services in the future!

I was very pleased with the work done by Sunrise. Nick gave me a quote on Thursday, the house was prepared on Friday and painted on Saturday. The quality was excellent. I was surprised and happy with how quickly and efficiently they did the work. At first I thought the price a bit high, but then I remembered that it was about what I paid another company to paint the house 16 years ago. I will not hesitate to use Sunrise in the future.

Nick came with two other members of his crew. He stayed on site for the entire project until it was completed...timely, professionally, and reasonably. I was very happy with the finished product. Overall a great experience and result.

Excellent. Nick Cara is prompt, detailed and meticulous in his work. The Townhome was in between residents and I wanted the 2005 Townhome to look like new for the incoming tenant. The paint job exceeded my expectations. All white woodwork and doors were painted in oil base white. Nick matched the colors perfectly for those walls that I wanted a tint lighter. Nick was the last vendor to complete the turnover. The townhome floors had already been refinished and the cleaning crew had completed their work. Nick covered every square inch of the household with tarps. There was a good deal of patching and sanding involved. After Nick packed up, the townhome was as clean as when he started the job. The place does look like new. Beautiful job and Nick was a super pleasure to work with.

They stained the wood decks with the correct deck stain and it is a pleasure to look at and walk on the decks again. They also did some repairs on our dock and stained it. They did more than we expected, even stained under the stairs. Three years ago we had the same wood decks painted by another company and were very unhappy with their work. What a difference! And in addition Sunrise Painting pressure washed the whole house outside walls, the pool deck, etc. for a total lower price than the previous contractor.

This is the second time I have used Sunrise quality painting. I called Mr. Nick Tuesday and he stopped by the following day to give me a fair estimate. He and his crew were at my door at 7am and were done by 830am! They are onetime, do what they promise and even clean up after they are done! Take it from someone whose been screwed by contractors before, this company is first rate! Thank you again Mr. Nick you do what you promise!

The three painters arrived on time each day (three days total). They removed the remainder of my wallpaper border that I couldn't reach and repaired the areas I damaged when I removed wallpaper. They covered the floor of my entire house in plastic sheeting which was taped down around the room perimeters. They moved some smaller furniture to the porch and wrapped it all in plastic. The remainder was moved to the center of the rooms, wrapped in plastic and sealed with tape. Everything in my kitchen and bathroom was also covered in plastic. They took great care covering everything well due to retexturing walls and repairing and painting the ceilings, all of which were done with a sprayer. Two coats of paint were applied to all rooms. They painted all woodwork and doors along with my pantry and shelves. They removed and replaced five sets of vertical blinds. On day four the handyman arrived to do his needed repairs and hang my mantle and shelves, all of which were done in a professional manner to my satisfaction. Nick stopped by each day to check on progress. I am very pleased with all the work. Everything looks new again and will look that way for many years to come. Thanks for all your hard work.

Nick and his team did an excellent job. They arrived on time each day and finished when they said they would finish. They did the job for the price they quoted even though I requested a few minor modifications. My wife works from home and was concerned about trying to work around the painters, but they phased the work so she could work on one side of the house while they worked on the other side. Then they swapped places to finish the painting. I'm very particular and expected to have a number of punch list items when they finished the job, but I could not find one thing that needed correcting. I used a lot of different colors and finishes in different rooms, but they had no problem following my directions. They painted the outside of my house several years ago and did such a good job that I did not hesitate to hire them again to do the inside of the house.

Called and left a message for Sunrise Quality Painting to return call. Within an hour, Nick called to set up appointment to meet wiith us two days later. He arrived promptly viewed the area and we agreed to his price that included two coats of paint plus the baseboards. We said we would provide the paint as we wished to extend the color from the living room-dining room into hall and guest bedroom. he advised we would need two more gallons, which we did. On Saturday, Nick called to see if his team could come Sunday morning, which we agreed. Sunday, bright an early, Nick and two painters arrived with drop cloths, painting equipment all ready to start. Nick went over what his team needed to do, left for another job saying he would return between 4:30 - 5:00 to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The two painters started laying the drop cloths and taping the area. They were very courteous, quiet and very professional. Several hours later, painting was done and we were wowed at how well they did the job. They even caulked the edges of the baseboard, as nice touch. We will definitely hired Sunrise Quality Painting in the future and recommend them to anyone who wants a well done professional painting job.

Nick the owner personally came to see me many times before, during, and after the work. He uses quality products, and pays attention to detail. His crew worked quickly, but they did outstanding job. Their work is worth every penny, and was well priced. I would recommend this company to anyone.
