Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay LLC

I submmited the application to the Veterans Administration. At present time I have not received and answers to the same. This been going for over 45 days. I dont know what else to do.

I was pleased with the work done by the workers of Luxury Bath. They were respectful and hard working, along with being knowledgeable. The office staff was responsive and friend. I would recommend them and if I ever needed another bathroom remodeled, would definitely hire them again.

The work was done on time on price with all things covered as outlined. They are very professional and quality minded.

They were beyond excellent. They were not cheap but they were very good. I got what I paid for and I am very pleased with how it all turned out. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

A + experience. I love the way our tub to shower conversion turned out. Lenny our sales rep understood the product and explained each step necessary to complete the project. Juan our installer was a talented craftsman, he knew exactly what had to be done from start to finish. Respectful and dedicated to the job.

Best remodeling job we have experienced from start to finish. Lenny in sales worked with us to establish overall project. Lenny was very patient and took time to help us with product selection while offering great suggestions. The remodeling crew was great. Angel was lead tech assisted by Greg. Angel called each day to let us know they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. Angel went over work order on first day and kept us up to date as the work progressed. They were professional, courteous and very respectful of our home by cleaning work site every day before leaving. Their workmanship was outstanding. We are very pleased with our new shower!

I had a very experience with the company from start to finish. The salesman, Mike, was very professional and helpful in helping me design my two bathrooms. The work crew leader, Angel, was very good to work with---his crew worked hard to complete my project in 8 days. They did quality work in every aspect of this remodeling job. They communicated with me on a regular basis as the project progressed. They also endeavored to clean up at the end of every work day. Remodeling inside one's house is stressful but this company did everything possible to make it a good experience.

The old tubs in my bathrooms were rusty and leaky so I got quotes from three different companies to replace them. I was most impressed with Luxury Bath and the salesman, Mike. The things that impressed me most about my initial interaction is that they manufacture their own products (tubs and wall coverings), they don't have to send different people to do the work in stages (which speeds up the process and eliminates "down-time"), and the choices and options they offered were numerous and aesthetically attractive. Mike was up-front about them having a 10-12 week lead-time but he promised me that they would have them both completed by Thanksgiving. On the last day of August, my wife and I made our option and color selections and we gave them a deposit. They lived up to their promise and completed the second bath on November 20. Their foreman, Angel was courteous, professional, and he obviously knew what he was doing. Each bathroom only took 1½-2 days and they look great. I highly recommend Luxury Bath.

I’m writing this review to let the people out there know that if you’re thinking about remodeling your bathroom please do yourself a favor and get an estimate from these people. There prices are fair but beyond that the work is excellent I repeat excellent this is the second time I’ve used them I remodeled my main bath last year and this time I had work done in my master bath, please give them a call you can’t afford not to. Thanks again to the technicians Who were out here you did a fabulous job!!!!!!!!

Five days later the conversion was complete and we are impressed with the materials and quality of workmanship.

My senior mother is delighted with her Hydro Dimensions walk-in bathtub. She is safely able to get in and out of the tub and that gives her and me piece of mind. She was pleased with the professionalism and diligence of the staff she met at Luxury Bath of Tampa Bay. I helped my mother with the process from the quote through installation. Luxury Bath went out of their way to make me happy and I commend their thoroughness. All staff at LB of TB through the whole process were great. Lenny the estimator who was willing multiple times to work with us to make sure everything we spoke about was on the quote. KT and Kelsey in the office were helpful. I stopped by the showroom and KT was there to answer lots of questions. They also provided customer references when I inquired. Dave the owner answered my questions timely during the lead time while waiting for the work to begin. But without a doubt the hard-working installers, Hector and Trevor are highly skilled professionals. My mother had the tub installed on her 8th floor condo and they got the tub up and into the unit with ease. They were quick with the tear out of her old shower pan and kept debris to a minimum during the process. When a problem was encountered on the tub fitting through the bedroom and bathroom doorways, they thought of another way, a better way to get the tub into the bedroom and to the ensuite bathroom. The tear out of the shower pan created a gap on the floor and Trevor’s detailed installation of the same replacement tiles makes the floor look brand new. From all aspects of this remodeling project, Luxury Bath staff were knowledgeable, polite and professional. The quality of the installation, the quality of the product and the value my mother received is bar none.

We used a different contractor, and went with a different product.

Luxury Bath recently converted our disabled Veteran daughter's tub to a roll in shower and it looks absolutely fabulous! We also had the plate mirrors removed and vanity cabinets installed over each bathroom sink for additional storage. Logan Scott worked with us to get the shower design just right and provided required documents for a VA HISA Grant that helped pay for the shower modification. The crew was also very professional, hard working and kept everything clean. Our daughter loves her new shower and we have reduced her fall risk. I highly recommend Luxury Bath to anyone who desires a bath remodel and would like a professional team that is dedicated, honest and hard working. We couldn't be more pleased with all of them.

Great! We had a tub to shower remodel plus creation of a new walk-in linen closet and adding more space to a bedroom closet. Lenny Gillespie was our Design Consultant and Christian and his helper were our workers. The bedroom closet used to house the old linen closet. That area was reclaimed for the bedroom closet and thereby adding almost 100% more storage for clothes, etc. The old garden tub was removed and a new shower was added with safety features and new materials that will prevent mold and mildew! The old shower is now a new walk-in linen closet with shelves, new lighting and new flooring. The old vanity was removed and replaced with a new one with drawers and double medicine cabinets installed with lots of storage. We recommend Luxury Bath to our family and friends. Everyone at Luxury Bath were pleasant, willing to answer lots of questions we had, finished the job on time and cleaned up daily when they were through. My husband and I love our new renovations! Absolutely Excellent! I am completely thrilled with the fantastic Tub-to-Shower Conversion by Luxury Bath Of Tampa Bay. Everyone I interacted with were terrific ... Design Consultant Mike Leland, Installer Patrick and his assistants, Office Personel K. T. and Kelsey, and Owner David Klinger. The finished acrylic shower and glass doors look beautiful. All work was done on-time and the price of the entire project was very fair, especially considering how excellent the finished job and experience were.

Well. I was particularly impressed with the person who laid the tile. Listened - suggested and was great to work with. And the cooperation to get the inspections done before we left for the N was excellent

Install went very well, Removed all demo debri, left job spotless. Hector was a highly skilled craftsman that took pride in his work.

The 2 technicians Angel and Ralph were very thorough and completed the job in a timely manner. They were always informative about their arrival times and departure times. Each step they also detailed what was happened and what part of the process was being completed. From step one of the sales presentation by Brian to completion of the project by Angel and Ralph could not have gone any better.

We are so happy with our remodeled master bath, Luxury Bath was a perfect fit for us. Everyone was friendly and professional. Brian and his crew were the best. He kept me informed on what was going on and they cleaned everything up each night before they left. I would definitely recommend them. We would use them again.

The technicians were very personable and completed our bathroom flawlessly. They always left our home each day as clean as when they arrived. They provided tips to help us save money by doing some of the demo ourselves. We are so happy with their work, that we've contracted with them to complete our second bathroom in the next month.

Everything went well. They helped us through every step off the process.

Luxury Bath did a great job. Did the work right the first time. They weren't the cheapest or most expensive but I would hire them again. Workers were nice and professional. Chris was the main guy on my project and knew what he was doing. He took suggestions during the job. Great guy!! I would definitely hire these guys again and would recommend to others.

Excellent...the company and crew did exactly what we decided on fast with attention to detail. They also were very perfessional and curteous.

They showed up on time, They were courteous. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the price. It was just out of my price range. The guy knew his thing when it came to bathrooms, I have no complaints.

We were out yesterday to pick out some tile. My wife did the research. They appeared to be professional when they came.
