They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. I had lots of questions about their security and they were able to answer all of them professionally. I was very happy with them.

Needed a safe, clean, and affordable storage solution for my father's belongings. He had recently moved to the area and had a 26 foot truck and a 17 foot truck worth of possessions to store. Both of the managers (Mr. Donaldson and Mr. Tamargo) were extremely courteous and helpful. Not only were they the only climate controlled facility with space available, but they were also the largest and cleanest facility in the area. Allowing my father and I to use temporary entry codes was a great convenience and made the chore of unloading that much easier. Initially my father and I rented two 10 x 20 spaces, but some realized we needed another. Mr. Donaldson did not skip a beat in helping us get a third space located very close to our first two units. When everything was all said and done my father only needed the first and third units. It took some creativity on his part, but Mr. Donaldson came through again and was able to rewrite my father's contract to accommodate what he had used. My father was even given a military discount! The customer service was the best I've seen. I would not hesitate to use this facility in the future.
