The contractor did not do the job that was promised in full, although he also promised that he would return, he made many excuses and never did. Ultimately he wrote me stating -You made the mistake to make it personal and you will not get any money back unless you apologize- After trying again he agreed to give me my money back in full but only if I signed a letter stating he did nothing wrong, he also would not give me my money back until he had the letter in his hand. I am still stuck with the initial problem and I am out $800.

In speaking with Cris during my initial estimate inspection, he did some inspection on areas that other companies never mentioned. He was very through and showed me the areas causing my dirty vents. His estimate was very fair and the work was done on time and every Vent in the house was taken down and cleaned. He did a couple of thing as an extra service and at all times explained why he was doing something. He was very clean in his work and left my home cleaner than when he started. After seeing his work and attitude toward his customer, Cris is the only company that will do my work. If needed I highly recommend Breathe Easy for all youâ  re A/C needs. He is a pleasure to work with.

He called me the same night. And when I called him he always called me back. Also he stayed at the house until it cooled. I liked that, plus he actually measured on a scale the coolant. It took more time than expected. It is hard coming in behind someone else.

Chris called me and I told him what I needed, he then gave me a very reasonable offer. We scheduled for the next morning, he showed up and explained everything he was doing and what my issues were. He then completely cleaned the lint out of my dryer and out of my dryer duct, installed a better tube to run from my dryer to the duct and then cleaned up any mess that was made in the process, like he was never even there. Chris was very professional, very polite and very honest, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to somebody else or to hire him again if needed. If Chris sees this, thank you for such excellent work.

I had requested that a permit is pulled, but to my surprise, they were not licenced. I am still waiting for an inspection by a city official. Customers beware.

My specific project not listed. Clean air ducts. Ducts had 30 years of filth that they scrubbed off; they come prepared with Mac daddy equipment. I could write a book on how amazing Chris and his wife are! They are truly the hardest working company I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. The honesty above all else sold me: Another company quoted the day before said I had to get a $4200 new system. Turned out not to be true. I am so grateful and they will be forever my new AC peeps. HONEST!
